My first time here will be the last time!.. Burgers were nasty.. BUNS WERE SUPER SOGGY with whatever "sauce" condiment they... use...the place was dirty..the employees were kicking back like it was an after school hang out spot while people were waitingten plus minutes for a simple order..24 hrs later .my stomach still feels sick. This is some of the best food on the planet don't order more then you can eat thinking you will save for later cuz it's so so... good you will eat it all from the double western bacon cheeseburger Chris cut fries zucchinis milkshakes cheesecake jalapenocheese bites no matter what you ordered it is made fresh fast and delicious I eat hear about 1 a week for 4 years now and it isalways so good I leave with a tummy ake from over eating but I just can't help it I am a big fan keep it up guys thanks for theamazing service food and making me gane 20lbs lol love this place Read more
**Update** I kid you not I wrote this review below a week ago drove here today for the worst customer service and experience... rudeness eye rolls blank stares and pettiness I was not disrespectful at all to up charging for sauce after spending $20 dollarshere saying they will charging me a inconvenience fee. every employee had rude face and every customer that left this morningleft with a mad face and that negativity that was transferred to them and that is no lie ????% one experience can ruin it alland todays events resulted in lose customers I know for sure after this experience I will not be back I'll drive a hr torockwall ????? Lmao this location is a 40 minute drive both ways to and from but I do it for that little taste of homeCalifornia. Carl's Jr has the best burgers and my thoughts the other day was I've never had bad service or food at any locationI've been too. The workers are always nice and down to earth. Went back today and same thing happened. We and another car were asked to pull over to wait for our orders. After pulling over,... we were brought our food but they forgot the shake. Had to wait a little longer to get the shake brought back out. Again,everything was accurate but be prepared to pull over. They were understaffed and we had to pull over from the drive through andwait along with three other people to get our order. Took about 15 minutes. But at least our order was accurate. Read more

Poor customer service the soda machine in the restaurant area was not serviced and it sprayed soda all over my work uniform ????...
