This place is disgusting the laziest rudest employees on earth. The refuse to allow anyone to use the restroom to clean your... hands before eating. They are in violation of Dallas county laws because they are required to provide restrooms to be inbusiness. Nasty. Stay away from this disgusting place. Read more

My order was cold, missing two items within the kids meal ( the burger and the juice). They sent a regular coke instead of diet... and it had no ice in it. This is the worst place I have ordered food from. Can?t get worse. Read more

Ordered a Southwest bacon burger and got a single patty burger with 1 slice of cheese and no condiments. My sprite was flat and... my fries were soggy. Also my chicken fries were hard. Read more

One of the worst experiences I?ve ever had a fast food restaurant. I worked for several for 8 years at the management level, so... I know how this job can be. But if youre short handed, if you don?t have CO2, if you?re giving peoples orders away to the wrongpeople, if you?re making orders wrong, then your best bet isn?t to speak badly about someone in another language right in frontof them. Because this white passing Hispanic woman, knew what you were saying. It?s Not your customers fault that yourmanagement couldn?t figure out a proper system to deal with the challenges they most likely caused. And hiding, instead ofcoming to speak with a guest that has every right to have lost patience with your process, isn?t having accountability or goodleadership. You gave my order away to an online order who even said I don?t think this is the right order, couldnt discount ameal even though it was your fault you didn?t have CO2, and made my order entirely wrong. But wouldn?t remake it and refund myorder after having me wait over half an hour for 3 burgers? Get it together. And I hope your district or regional sees this andimplements some new strategies or policies to help y?all function at a better quality. Food service is really not that hard. Read more

Right near this location, there was a gathering of homeless people. Once my husband and I were inside, a homeless woman walked... right up to the soda machine and got herself something to drink. There were several other homeless people seated with Dillard?sshopping bags. No employees were visible in the lobby or visible behind the counter. We could hear voices coming from theback, which is why we waited a few minutes. It didn?t even look like they were cooking any food. We really had our heart seton BK, especially because I?m a vegetarian and they have the Impossible burger. We almost left because we still hadn?t seen anyemployees; I just thought they didn?t have any employees working, but forgot to lock the doors. Finally, a young man came outfrom the back office and waited on us. He was very polite. I asked him if he was the only one working and he said his managerwas there. It was then that she came out of the office. They started cooking our food and we went to sit down to wait for ourfood as we had planned to eat there while the food was hot. Suddenly and with urgency, my husband told me we were leaving andto grab our food. After we got back to our vehicle, he said when he went to pick up our food from the counter, he saw a womaninside the lobby with just a T-shirt and PANTIES on. Obviously, we don?t live here and chose this BK since it?s close to ourhotel and where my surgery is going to be tomorrow morning. Oh yeah, I was all excited about the Cookies-n-Cream shake they hadadvertised, but was told they didn?t have it. We were also told they were out of Coke and Sprite. He was nice enough to allowus to substitute a shake for a soft drink. The burgers and fries were excellent. Unfortunately, we had to reheat them in themicrowave at our hotel, which isn?t the best way to enjoy fries. Read more

Freaking gross. There is a Chick-fil-A right next door, go there. This is the ChiKing sandwich. It's literally rancid food.

This location is very convenient to Love Field. I came to pick up a friend who's flight was delayed then diverted to Lubbock so... I was able to just hang out here to get out of the weather and heat. It wasn't busy when I was there. There is free WiFi and itis clean. The restrooms are also clean. It is a single stall restroom. My food was good. I ordered fries, a Junior Whopper anda Hershey's sundae pie for a little over $6. The pie was good and the food was hot and tasty and no problems with theservice. The drive through is 24 hour so that's good for people coming from out of town and need a quick bite because we allknow how much food costs at the airport. Read more
