Why when I order an impossible burger do I have to say NO CHEESE? there is an option of Impossible Burger WITH cheese but I... still have to make that distinction ????????and the default should be NO MAYO as that is not vegan! Anyone who wants it couldadd it! Read more

Regularly closes early (by hours, not minutes), runs out of stuff constantly, orders being wrong more often than right. ... Expectations on fast food are low and I even get an off night or two but I've gone multiple times and they have problems moreoften than they don't. Read more

I ordered a Whopper meal, no onions, no ketchup, with a sprite. Two out of the three tomatoes were old and so was the lettuce.... It was awful. This is my favorite fast food meal and I?m absolutely disgusted. The burger also didn?t have any mayonnaise so itwas completely dry. So grossed out and disappointed. Read more

I just went through the drive through and ordered a whopper jr meal, 8 piece nugget WITH BBQ SAUCE, and 2 cookies. I proceeded... to the window, and gave the incompetent girl at the cashier window my code from the app, and she couldn?t figure out how toenter it. She talked to a coworker for about 5 minutes, then asked me for the code again. By the time I gave her the code, timeexpired and I got another one. She proceeded to tell me that code didn?t work.(Duh!!!) I told her just forget it and give me myorder. When I got home with my food that I waited forever for, it was cold, (after waiting on my order for 20 minutes while shetried to figure out how to put my rewards code in) and there were no bbq sauces, and worst of all, not one single napkin!!! Itried calling the store to complain tonight, but apparently the phone is on silent. I will be calling the manager in the morningand I expect my money back! Never before have I experienced such poor and incompetent customer service!!! Do yourself a favorand NEVER go to this BK! Oh, and I didn?t even get a printed receipt! (Not that it would?ve been readable, since anotherreviewer of this poor excuse for a restaurant said hers was unreadable and she didn?t get a rewards code entered either?) Read more

This place must have been having a bad day, 1. Was not asked to scan my rewards number, when receipt was printed, i could not... read the transaction information and could not complete survey nor recieve my points. 2. Was not notified they were out of largefry container when asked if i wanted a med or large for my combo. Was given a medium "topped off" to emulate a large. 3.Sandwhich was not made to order with ingredients and fresh for the impossible burger. 4. The dining room needed the tablescleaned and trash removed. Read more
