I ordered a Whopper meal, no onions, no ketchup, with a sprite. Two out of the three tomatoes were old and so was the lettuce.... It was awful. I just went through the drive through and ordered a whopper jr meal, 8 piece nugget WITH BBQ SAUCE, and 2 cookies. I proceeded... to the window, and gave the incompetent girl at the cashier window my code from the app, and she couldn?t figure out how toenter it. She talked to a coworker for about 5 minutes, then asked me for the code again. By the time I gave her the code, timeexpired and I got another one. She proceeded to tell me that code didn?t work.(Duh!!!) I told her just forget it and give me myorder. When I got home with my food that I waited forever for, it was cold, (after waiting on my order for 20 minutes while shetried to figure out how to put my rewards code in) and there were no bbq sauces, and worst of all, not one single napkin!!! Itried calling the store to complain tonight, but apparently the phone is on silent. I will be calling the manager in the morningand I expect my money back! Never before have I experienced such poor and incompetent customer service!!! Do yourself a favorand NEVER go to this BK! Oh, and I didn?t even get a printed receipt!
