Service is prompt and they always do a good job with my orders. I've never had to go back because something was missing or been... upset that the customizations weren't correct. They also accept those combo coupons that you get in the mail. To redeem those, Ifind it easier to go inside vs the drive through, just a personal preference ???? Read more
For lack of a better term .. Ghetto would be saying something nice. They were cussing, playing, got both of our orders wrong,... and the tables were mostly filthy. Some woman was getting rude with the staff because they messed up her order when we walked inand they were laughing at her. No wonder small businesses are collapsing. Read more
I noticed an employee coming out of the building to smoke a cigarette while I park. I took the opportunity to go inside and... order while she smokes, (I detest cigarette smoke) well, she goes inside after me and takes my order! It was a great reliefthat she's not cooking because she didn't wash her hands, but then I noticed she grabs my napkins and everything else. Disappointed! Read more
Never coming back. Men's restroom had no soap. Front doors were dirty. Staff told me several times that they charge extra for... any dipping sauce. I could only have one and all others I would be charged extra. I was there with my family so a total of 4.When I asked for ketchup was only given 3 at first. When I asked for more the manager made a face. No thanks. Too muchcompetition to nickel and dime families. We will just go to a different location and ignore this one. Sad thing is....this placewas empty and really needs business. Now I know why others avoid this place. The kids area was closed and has been closed foryears. I feel sorry for all families that come here thinking all burger king's are the same. This one is just awful and I'mjust really disappointed. Read more
I came through the drive through earlier. The lady at the window. She was a sweetheart. She gave me the incorrect change drove... all the way to rockwall and realized it. Came back up here. The 2 gentlemen that were working. Friendly personalities andexcellent customer service. Having amazing employees like that is the reason i will definitely be back at this location to getfood. everytime I come to this location it's at night the signs are not lit to let people know they are open ( parking lot is dark)... then you end up waiting 45min in the drive through to order , no one responds cars end up taking off . I know they are shortstaffed totally get it but communication goes a long way. like please let ppl know the order box is not working post a signsaying move to drive through window or if you see someone at the order box , say something like please give me a moment .
