Poor customer service When to drive thru Wanted two different orders using two coupons the lady taking my order said I can only... used one coupon by drive thru, I had to go around on go inside. I ask why she said that?s policy. I send no is not I have donethis in multiple occasions of same and different locations as-long as is more then one person in the vehicle. While in the middle of placing my order the drive through person told me they were closing and she could only processed HALF of... my order. I was confused because their window sign said they closed at midnight and it was 11:07 pm. When I asked for the hrs atthe 2nd window he completely ignored me and only processed half my order. I'm calling corporate in the morning. Read more

I ordered a #1 with mustard, no mayo. Burger tasted great, fries were warm and delicious and the Dr. Pepper tasted like Dr.... Pepper. Customer service was great tonight, keep up this customer service, it means a lot as a customer, y?all rock! Read more

Went last night. My order was cold, and sloppy! The cashier put my money in her pocket. I was refused my money back. I called... the police, they said it was not their policy to refund money! The fries were not a full order! I was told to stay at the 1stwindow until my order was ready. The manager refused to help me.
