The venue was very clean. I was a little disappointed because I wanted a refreshing drink, ordered the pineapple mojito that is... being advertised & the server returned to tell me they can't make it. She asked if I wanted something else so I said I'll trythe Blue Hawaiian, she came back again and said they couldn't make that drink either. 3rd attempt was Tito's Mule and theycouldn't make that either. I ended up settling for the Hibiscus Margarita. My BF ordered wings and I ordered the BBQ BriskstBurger. I asked for no pickles in my burger and there was pickles. The server had already been to our table so many times Ididn't bother to complain. Just a bummer this was our first time at this location and not the greatest experience. I personally like this location. Sometimes they take a while to tend to you but it's because they've been short handed during... the covid pandemic it seems. Parking lot has a cool view at night and food is always great. Love they cauliflower buffalo. Read more
Horrible experience with a basic phone order, I called and placed my order and still got my flavor wings incorrect and at that... our food was cold. And on top of that I ordered fried Pickles but as seen on the picture my fried Pickles don't appear to befried and my large fries doesn't really appear to me as a large, smh never going back here! ???? worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever gone too, literally asked for mild wings with lemon pepper seasoning, usually they will do... it like the picture on the left (BWW in Arlington) , gave me the wings as shown on the right. Also asked for a basket of friesand just gave me a handful. Will definitely not be coming here again. Read more
I don?t know where to begin! We had just got into town from a 5 hour drive. A family with 3 kids we walked in and no hostess was... available took 10 mins to be acknowledged a young boy finally came and said they were closed. It was 11:15pm I stated y?allclose at 12pm he said no we?re closed then went to get another young girl and she stated our kitchen closes at 11:30 I said ok,we?ll it?s not 11:30. I then asked to speak to a manager and they were gone for another 10 mins then came back with no managerand stated they could seat us but we needed to be out by 11:45. I said that?s fine we already know what we want. They sat us aand a very nice waiter hunter waited us and brought out our wings with no sauce. And hard burnt fries. I showed him the wings hethen offered to bring us sauce and asked us to shake the wings in the to go box he served us in my daughter was upset at thispoint. And so was I. It?s now about 11:50 and we?re the last ones. The bartender girl with the red bald head came and turned themusic up full blast while I had a toddler asleep on me at our booth the song playing was bye bye bye by *NSYNC so I guess shewas trying to be funny! I will not come back here again it?s been the third time I?ve been here and it always been disappointing. The reason is they are... short on staff so expect a long wait time to be seated,they didn?t have ranch,Pepsi, as well as their signature thing which isbuffalo sauce. Another thing is the drinks are free refills but will get charged for the second glass. It also advertised thatyour wings are tossed but in reality it?s a dipping sauce.
