I haven't had Bread Zeppelin in awhile so I decided to go there for lunch. I ordered my sandwich online and when I picked it up... I ordered a bag of chips and a cup of ice. I was charged $4.00 so I looked at my receipt and she charged me for a meal. I gotice not a drink so the manager came and said charge me for two bags of chips, I have 1 bag of chips and not 2. I won?t be back to this location. I asked the older white lady for ranch because it wasn?t in my bag. She looked right at me and... grabbed her bowl and went right to the next person. My order was pretty large and to help the flow if this location they shouldmark each item. I had to grab the manager who was busy but had just assisted me with my large order.
