Kudos to the manager! I ordered a Jr cheeseburger for my gf, and what we received was obviously a previously cooked patty that... had been waiting for someone to order it. The cheese wasn't even melted, and the patty was hard. I asked the manager to give mea new one after hearing my complaint, and he had the cooks whip me up a fresh one. They even make sure the cheese was melted bythe grill before serving it back to me, which isn't SOP. I really appreciate that kind of service. Thank you! Read more
This location has By far the worst customer service and worst food experience ever! Never-ever coming back! We ordered 2 #1s... combo and an old fashioned banana split, buns were cold and meat was old(very old) ice cream was melted and the soda machine wasout too! ???????????? Read more
Never go wrong with hamburgers and ice cream for a date with my kids. Chicken strips are good. End up ice cream cone. Their... double dip cone on sale for $1.99. People behind the counters are nice and friendly. Haven?t bought groceries from here butthey look good. Read more
Used to live in Texas, and now everytime we visit, Braums is on our list of places to go. Their ice cream and chocolate milk... cant be beat! Try the root bear float or chocolate malt. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner as well. And produce, meat too.Very affordable too! Read more

Excellent food and ice cream but service needs to be improved specially during peak hours. To avoid rush visit during daytime.... Quality of milk is also good. Banana split is highly recommended. Read more
My man Joe hooked with up with the fattest scoops. He did make fun of me when I asked which milkshake flavours Braum?s offers.... Turns out they will make you a milkshake from ANY of the ice creams. Go figure. Yup, I?m a fattie. I would recommend getting thelarge size for the milkshake. They don?t want you to know that they have it. But they do though. Read more
All of the unique flavors looked so good I wanted to taste all of them, but there was a large line behind me so I only tasted a... couple. It was really creamy and rich and the flavor combinations were amazing. You could tell they use really fresh qualityingredients and a lot of love. I can't wait till they open! Read more
