We visited this location on October 27, 2022. It was a miserable experience. We had not eaten at a Boston Market in 20 years due... to our travels. We were excited to see this location next to our hotel. We were not greeted nor acknowledged when we entered therestaurant. OK, it was late evening rush although we were the only customers around. We examined the wall menu and walked to thecounter to order our meal to go. The clerk was disinterested and quite apathetic when we explained how excited we were to finda Boston Market. He appeared to hate his job which reflected in his sour expression and mood. The food was mediocre and not atall worth the indifference and apathy of the staff. Not one employee including the manager and cooking staff acknowledged ourpresence nor did they give off an inviting atmosphere. Not recommended. Read more

If possible would give zero stars. Terrible customer service. They have given away my food twice to other customers when I... ordered online. Manager offered no discounts for continuous poor customer service. Also recalled that I had ordered cornbreadfor this order and in their rush to prepare my new order I realize they never gave me my cornbread. It probably went with theperson who took my order. The apples in the apple pie are crunchy ????. I got the sweet potatoes with no crum topping. They don?t make the squash... casserole any longer. ???? The stuffing had some flavor but it seems as though everything was reconstituted. Read more

The food was terrific, I would have given them a 5, but they took the sliced apples off the menu. BUT, I must HIGHLY compliment... the VERY kind service I received from the cashier. After I placed my order I asked for an extra cornbread, he very kindly didnot charge me. Other Boston markets in the dfw area always charge. That made my day! But then the soda fountain machine brokedown (I dined inside), so when I asked for a refill this same cashier gave me a bottle diet coke. This kind of customer serviceis a rare thing to see in today's cold post pandemic society. He was an exceptional employee for BM!! Read more

Nicely remodeled. Updated menu. Meatloaf was still delicious. Mashed potatoes and broccoli were good also. Several new desserts... but I didn't try them. Read more

Front employee was informative and made good suggestions. Thank you Johnathan. Chicken was soft and flavorful. Mashed potatoes... were amazing. Good and lumpy, just like I like them. Read more

Boston Market has pretty good food, I wanted to dine in but no one was allowed to dine in because of a bad leak coming from the... ceiling in the dinning area, so I had to take my order to go, but the service was good and my meatloaf dinner was good too Read more

Horrible experience! Went there 7/18 and the lady working that day I had ran into the same kind of encounter before with her.... She is obviously held to no accountability as it was obvious she did not care about her job. There was no tea nor sweet tea madeon both occasions. The dessert that was displayed looked destroyed in its packaging and when I inquired about a chocolate cakebut didn?t want the one on display, her statement was she left the one that was destroyed on display to keep customers fromtouching it. When I went to get the tea and the pitcher was empty, she simply said, ?it?s empty?. Nothing said about making any.I asked for two chicken legs and she gave a wing and one leg. This lady is obviously unhappy at her job and it shows. Sad thatit?s gone downhill like this since I?m a longtime resident of the area. On top of it, the chicken was greasy and not fullycooked. I will not be going back. If that?s how these employees handle the front of the restaurant, I would be scared to knowhow they maintain the cleanliness in the back. Also, they were out of most sides. Not impressed with the experience whatsoever. Read more
