Business lunches in the center of Highland Park Village are always welcomed. Bistro 31’s dynamic atmosphere made for an... enjoyable lunch. We accomplish more when we’re happy????. Our server Eric provided exceptional service and was veryaccommodating. Are you in the mood for French, Spanish or Italian flavors? Explore Bistro 31’s menu. Choosing the GrilledSalmon was a wonderful selection. It was cooked to perfection and the Basque Cheesecake with Berry Thyme Compote was theperfect finish. Parking can be somewhat challenging around lunchtime. Be prepared to either valet or enjoy a lovely walk. Read more

Food is ok, place is nice, great staff. We ordered a tomahawk steak and I was very disappointed with the presentation. I know... this is not a steakhouse, but I said it is ok. When they brought the check, I was shocked when I saw the $270 for a 32oztomahawk … no way, this really looked like a 12oz with a huge bone. They cut the steak in diagonal and made it look like 32 ozwhen they did spread the steak on the plate! This is not right! I should take a photo but I didn’t because the steak was notgood. If you come to this place, never order a steak! Read more

Bistro 31 is a high-end restaurant right in the heart of Highland Park Village. I had a reservation for lunch. We were seated... rather quickly. It was a busy Sunday afternoon, so only a 10 minute wait. On our way to the table, we were greeted by abeautiful white table clothed table for two. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. He asked us what drinks we wanted toorder and if we had any questions. My friend ordered the Bistro Margarita, and I ordered the famous Chanel No. 31. My friendsaid she would give the Bistro Margarita a 3.5/5. I would give the Chanel No. 31 a 4/5. It was very delicious with hints ofpeach which I love. Then we ordered an appetizer - the mini lobster tacos. It came with 3 tacos to share. The lobster was good.It was very light and perfect before the main course. For our entrees, my friend ordered the grilled salmon that came withenglish pea puree, artichokes, carrots, salmon calviar, and lemon butter. She liked her dish. I ordered the asparagus risottowith salmon added to it. It was supposed to come with shaved truffle. They made the risotto perfectly well cooked. But therewere no truffle shavings. I was told by the server that the chef did not want to buy any truffle this season. However, they didsomewhat compensate by giving me truffle oil on my dish. They are quick to accommodate. I was charged the full price of the dishwithout the truffle shavings (which the waiter did not tell me about until my food came to the table), and I paid $3 extra forthe truffle oil added on to my dish. This is why I am giving the restaurant 3/5 stars. The menu should have been updated orexpressed to me before I ordered my dish. My friend and I ordered two white cosmos. They were really good. Then we shared adessert - the chocolate torte bar. It had a rich chocolate flavor paired with red cherry coulis. I probably would try adifferent dessert next time. Lastly, I had an expresso martini to go with the dessert. It was very strong and paired well wi Read more

????This is it. And I came back. Well, I had to. If you had the worst experience at next door restaurant in the Highland... village. You must come to Bistro 31. Because they know how to treat you better. They are the best restaurant in Highlandvillages area. On the first visit, I came here for an Instagram picture (of course) and I met Ashely for our waitress. She hasthis cute bowtie ???? in her hair. And she was the strongest person I've ever seen in and out. She treated us the best servicethat night and I even remember until now. You know sometimes a person’s impression matters. On our second visit today, I cameback with my husband. I determined that this restaurant is the one. I'm not talking about the quality of food. Of course, thequality of food is legit. (very delicious!!!) If you ever visit this restaurant twice, you will see how these people work hard.As a local guide, I've been to so many different places. So I can confidently say that this restaurant is the best all-inclusiverestaurant. ???????? ** I'm an emoji Google local guide in DFW areas if you want more reviews, don't forget to follow myaccount. ???? ** Read more

Yeah, this is the one. It is located in a nice location, the waitress was funny, honest, and very kind. The environment is great... and welcoming. Lighting felt weird, especially after some wine, but wasn't bad. I was really satisfied with the appetizer whichwas octopus, and the wine went down very well. I do not exactly recall the name of our entrees, but they were specials (roastedsalmon and a pasta). The good tasted really good. I and very happy with what the restaurant offered, and it is certainlysomewhere I look forward to returning to very soon. Read more
