Terrible service. The person at counter said she could not sell me 10 bagels because they were for customers. Not really sure... what I was but clearly I was not someone she wanted to sell bagels to. You should have sort of disclaimer stating ONLYindividual (one) sales. I offered suggestions perhaps, we could do a few bagels a few croissants and a few danishes to make mynumbers... nope! She said no. She said again those are for customers. I\'m still trying to figure out what I was. Needless\nsay the Friday treat for our staff was a no go. This is the best lunch place downtown. The owner, Mo, took over the business from his father. Mo has revitalized the menu and... improved its efficiency, while at the same time, retaining the friendly hospitality. The food is amazing and they have great variety. You\'re also greeted with a friendly smile. The restaurant is warm and inviting... and Mo and his staff are always so sweet to their customers. Mo also gives great suggestions when I don\'t know what I want andI am never ever disappointed. Stopped in every morning for breakfast while in Dallas for a conference. The prices are really reasonable, and the food is... awesome - cooked fresh and hot! The service was very friendly, fast and efficient. I only wish I had been able to leave theconference early one day to try their lunch options. Read more
