We tried this restaurant with some friends just as a quick have a drink kind of place on a whim. Turned out it was really good! ... My wife had a beehive bee (I think that\'s what it was called) and loved it. We grabbed an appetizer, steak bites, and they weredelicious. Our friends decided to get the same and loved them as well. They had a teriyaki type of sauce and gave it a greattaste. After we left we said we have to go back for a full course soon.\n\nAs for the atmosphere it\'s very chic and definitelylooks upscale but with average prices. I highly recommend going here. Unfortunately there was only three other people inside butit was a Tuesday night. Honestly I think the dark black tint on the windows keep a lot of people from knowing it\'s there. Ifthey took that off people would see it\'s a restaurant, nice one at that, and they would get more walk ins. Just a thought tothe owners. Read more

For starters much like the other reviews the place is very cute and our server B made the place better. She has a great attitude... and wonderful customer service but needed a little help. She spreader to be the only waitress to the entire front room which hasto be at least 30 people.\n\nDrinks were good in flavor but very weak.\n\nFood:\nLobster bites- had more stuffing than lobster. The outside crust was flavorless and over cooked. They come in three and are very big but not good. I never leave lobster on theplate but this I didn\'t want more than one bite of\n\nVolcano shrimp-\n\nIt was incredibly fishy so it was either not fresh ornot cleaned properly. the sauce was decent- better choice than the lobster rolls not good\n\nScallops-\n\nFor starters it\'s oneof the most expensive things on the menu. They only give you 5 and I size they\'re comparable to about the size of a quarterMAYBE which honestly would have been fine since I wasn\'t all that hungry if they weren\'t severely over cooked. They tastedlike rubber balls I only ate one and ultimately sent it back\n\nSalmon- was dry and over cooked. It was prepared with a winesauce but it was not served on the plate which maybe would have helped\n\nCeadar salad- pretty much the only edible thing I hadall night\n\nI will not be returning. Except for for MAYBE a drink at the bar since the ambiance was good but the food is a nofor me Read more

I had a wonderful time here with my friends for a girls night out. Food, drinks and dessert was wonderful and our waitress. Only... thing is parking sucks that’s why I gave a 4. But I will definitely go back again. Read more

Hidden gem in downtown next to its sister restaurant sky blossom. Beautiful for a date or girls night. Gives me low key sexy... vibes. Beautiful lounge space and comfy couches. Volcano shrimp was the stand out. The kiwi margarita was bomb but the bobbamade it better. Read more

I have to admit the food was good. I didn’t take a picture of the salmon that I had but it was good as well. The chef board... the table shared and I got the shrimp balls and a drink with a shot of vodka. So freaking good. Here’s my issue workingbackwards the vodka tasted like water (seriously), and my bill was $96. Yes just for one person. For their plates to be so highyou have to purchase the sides separately which the price of that is another plate. They don’t do individual checks. Has to bea minimum 4 people per tab (groups) with the 20% gratuity. It’s a new spot and every single employee there was nice andprofessional. That’s not even the problem. I personally wouldn’t go back because of the prices. I’ve never spent $96 forjust myself. Only went because it was a birthday dinner. Read more

The good:\n- We sat at the bar and Eric served us. He was super friendly and provided excellent service.\n- I just had wine, but... all three of my friends got one of the specialty cocktails. They raved about how good they are.\n\nThe bad:\n- All of theproblems for us stemmed from the kitchen. The steak bites ($12, I think) were over cooked. The flavor was there, but they wereso tough.\n- The scallops are way overpriced for what you get. For $32, you get four scallops on a plate with sauce. That\'s it.No risotto, vegetable, rice or any sort of side.\n- Food comes out all at different times rather than together.\n\nThat\'s justfrom our experience. Our friends that went a week earlier with about eight or so people were super disappointed. WAY overcooked$80 steak that was never corrected even when asked, cocktails that all came out at different times (so some had drinks andothers would get theirs 15 minutes later), a server that forgot things repeatedly and things didn\'t get ordered when they weresupposed to. Just overall bad experience.\n\nOut of that group, 6 of the 8 said they won\'t return. It\'s unfortunate because weall (my group and the group mentioned above) live within walking distance downtown.\n\nOverall, good spot for fancy cocktailsand Instagram photos if you\'re into that kind of thing. I\'ll give it one more shot and see how it goes. I get that the placeis new, but major changes need to happen. Read more
