A great way to beat this Texas heat. Refreshing and tasty. Been coming here for years and never disappointed.
I was waiting in line for help when I walked in there was 3 people helping once it came to my turn they only had one person... helping while the other 2 went to the back. I nearly waited 10 minutes for someone to assist me and they only came to helpbecause by then there was already a line of 4 customers waiting. And the guy even didn?t notice I was next the customer heacknowledged had to tell him that I was next. And then they didn?t even have chocolate chip or rockey road. Bad service. I normally order from here via Uber Eats so I have never actually been to this location. However, I still always receive... excellent customer service. My order is always correct and the ice cream is always fresh and delicious. The staff is always kindand friendly. They don't mind answering questions when I call, and they leave notes of appreciation in my order. Small thingslike that are what make me keep ordering from here. Read more
