The person in the register couldn?t tell me the flavored on their specials. She wasn?t nice but not rude just not very... friendly. The person that made our snow cone I guess was new and the it look like a slushy and not a snow cone since it was veryvery liquid? she wet it with so much water and put way too much syrup. I ask them to make a new one and it didn?t look like theywere very happy about it. They didn?t put cream on mine and when I told her that mi r have cream she put few drops??????????? Iuse to come to this location a lot and that will be my last time!!! They should put friendly people to work with costumers. I love Bahama Buck?s. I really wish this location was faster. You have to deal with cars trying to cut the line and waiting and... waiting and WAITING. It?s not a five minute wait time. Be prepared to listen to a podcast or talk on the phone to friend/familybecause the line is slow. The drinks are delicious though. I only go when I do not mind the wait on a super hot day. Nocustomer service issues or messed up orders like the other reviews but I will say the staff is young. They are really justhaving fun and going slow on orders but I wouldn?t expect anything different from a staff that looks around the ages of 17 to22. It?s a drink place. I don?t think that deep about it. I need to find another location though. Hopefully, it?s faster. Read more

I went to the window and the guy (JORDAN) gave me an incorrect total so I politely asked if he could read me back my order. Once... I confirmed the order, I informed him my total was incorrect and explained what it should be and why ( BTW I worked for TheBahama bucks in Frisco previously so I know what I am talking about here). He refused to correct my total and when I asked tospeak with a manager he said ?No? and when I asked again for him to check it he replied ?No? and looked at me rudely. Not sureif it was the color of my skin or he is just a rude person but I have no idea why he was so off putting and mean. If I actedthat way towards customers I would have been cut from the team. It?s very inappropriate and unnecessary. Big ups to Caroline whoswooped in and corrected everything. Great work ethic , great team player there! Jordan needs to be re-trained on taking ordersor re-evaluate if he should just stay at the ice station. Read more

I want to start by saying the staff was nice. However I found plastic in my snow cone, no big because they were happy to replace... it. Then I found some in my husbands, niece, nephew and sisters snow cones! That is just plain reckless, I could understand onemistake but in every snow cone? If the kids swallowed plastic without me knowing (because some of the pieces were small) thisplace will be liable. Just dangerous, I was too mad to even ask for a refund. ???? Read more

Snow cone, when I finally got it, was super good and saturated properly. I did have to wait half an hour to get it, though. Went... inside as the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. Young woman at the register was very chipper and gave greatcustomer service, but the rest of her coworkers were S L O W L Y making the snow cones, etc. like. SO slow. It?s shaved ice in acool building during the hottest days of summer. Demand is high, but I?m clearly not the only one with this experience at thislocation. Wondering if these folks at this location aren?t getting paid well because otherwise there?d be absolutely no reasonfor a $5+ snow cone to take that long other than to protest. Read more

(in store experience not drive thru) Overstaffed but only one person was actually working. I'm not a professional shaved ice... maker myself but I don't think it's supposed to take twenty minutes per cup. While we were there a customer took a differentcustomer's order and that was only found out after the guy had to ask where his order was a few times. The employees asked eachother and one told him, "I think that lady took your order". After an awkward, long silence the customer left. I don't blamehim. The teens working there need customer service training. I couldn't tell if they lacked the knowledge of knowing how tointeract with people or just actively didn't care about customer experience. Cue: when the party is over by Billie Eilish So excited this finally opened, unfortunately have been here twice and have had... poor service. Got our orders wrong both times after repeatedly asking if they got our order and they said yes. Very sad partysprinkle amount. Overall, still love Bahama Bucks just recommend another location or just get employees that care and just don?thang out on their phones. Read more

The young lady who took our order was very nice. The flavors are good and the size is worth the money. The manager-I guess... that?s who she is-was very rude. Not sure if I would come here again just because of her. That?s the only complaint I have aboutthis place and it?s my first time trying it. Read more
