Great in person but absolutely HORRIBLE with deliver services! I love this place but the eta is already longer than it should... be, and on top of that the order is almost always late and the driver changes so often because the orders is never ready which ifind hard to believe seen as almost everything is pre made and pretzels do not take that long to make. Very yummy, and Cinnabon is always busy but I see why! Lines are always very long though.
Waited in the long line for NoThing!!! No sign saying there is no mini dog on Sunday or whatever! Waited more than 10 min for... the cashier to tell me ?mini dog not today? with a smile. Pfff! Read more
Firstly... the line situation! The registers have no barrier in front of them do you think you can stand there and order. No.... An employee a bit down comes over and tells us the line is to our left at the Cinnabon. They need and barrier and signage. Thesoft pretzels were hard. Most off the items we wanted, they didn't have. Ordered through DoorDash tonight. The dasher who picked it up said the restaurant has thrown away my order because the dasher... was ?an hour late?, but in fact he was 30 minutes early. Horrible. Pretzel bites were black and burnt. I asked for a different cup of them. The old lady who called herself the manager... was RUDE. Acted like she wanted to literally fist fight me. I told her to just give me my money back and she continued to argue.Told her she can just refund my money and no need to keep talking but she told me to shut up.
