The 5350 Harry Hines location seems to do a really great job (at least daytime on weekdays, i haven't visited on nites or wknds... yet). I go to Arby's appx 2-3 every wk & have for 15-20 yrs. I used to go to the location at 6363 Greenville because the staffwas great, they had great managers, & got to know them & liked them. But over the past yr the Greenville Ave location has lostall the people i knew & liked & they've got lots of problem issues now. So i've now been to the Harry Hines location at least 4times over the past appx 3 wks & i have been totally satisfied EVERY time! The same lady has been there every time to take myorder & she is quite reliable! So now i highly recommend the 5350 Harry Hines location! The food & service have both been farbetter than the other location as well- so the people at 5350 Harry Hines are proving Arby's is definitely still great!! Read more
First time ordering doordash from here and they not only messed up but, didn?t complete the order. Ordered classic roast beef... and added cheddar (not added), failed to provide extra cheddar cup, ordered a beef-n-cheddar double but only got a single (seepicture). Feel cheated for price paid compared to what was provided. Read more
As far as fast food goes, Arbys is definitely the best. They have a wide variety of options, not just burger variations. While... Arbys got its start hawking roast beef sandwiches, they have really evolved into much more than that, and I think that the roastbeef sandwich is definitely NOT their best menu item. The double Rueben is really great; piled high with tender corned beef itis definitely a two-hand sandwich. The roast beef and Swiss with the aju is killer and the spicy chicken sandwich is tangy,spicy and really filling. The gyros are also really good (see pics) and they always have seasonal offerings; right now theyhave a smokehouse sandwich with smoked brisket topped with onion straws and bbq which is great. They have 2 for $6 deals onsandwiches and there are always coupons sent to your mailbox. I know that it is fast food, but this is one of my all timefavorites because of the diversity of the menu and the fact that the sandwiches are large and filling. Read more
