Today 11/20/2022 the service was horrible. The employees were very rude. The cashier in the drive through seemed as she didn't... want to be there, COLD and LITTLE BROKEN UP pieces for curly fries and the sandwich was tiny. Multiple times the store is closed at 8 and not 10. I understand it's due to short staff. Also sometimes they don't open till... noon instead of 10am. At least now they put a sign out. I have also had my order wrong at least 4 times in past month. I wasgiven a cheese covered sandwich instead of number 2 roast beef. Hopefully Arby's can get the help they need and employeesaren't being stretched thin.. Update still oddball hours. Now most times they close before 8pm. They need to change their hourson Google. And no I should not have to call the store Everytime I want to eat to verify hours. That's the dumbest answer I haveseen given by Arby's. Also multiple times they're not open till noon now.. The other day they where out of roast beef!!??? Idon't know how they're staying on business with this business model... Read more

This is generally a very good Arby's. Not sure why the dining room was closed and only the drive through open, but got our food... and ate in the car. Fries were so wonderfully hot and fresh we nearly burned our mouths trying to eat them! That's the way Ilike them! Good people, good service, good food. Read more

For many years this Arby's was my favorite location they had really great managers and a wonderful staff. However over the past... several months it has gone badly wrong they are having many problems getting it right and I sympathize greatly with thededicated employees that try to keep this location going. But unfortunately I've decided I must start using a differentlocation. Also another review here is from a guy who showed up and found this location closed at the time it should be open andthe owner responded that "hours may vary" & to call ahead to confirm....but i must push back against that: i was also therethat same day & the problem was simply that nobody showed up to operate it & there was absolutely no signage to this effect-ever, throughout that day. So i need to say Arby's response to his review was quite lacking & uninformed. I tried to be a loyal customer but it has just gotten more horrible after every visit to the point I will not be coming back.... How do you get upset with a customer after you get an order wrong! The customer said it was OK, and you go off about why did Ibring it up in the first place if it wasn't a problem? Lost customer over her attitude and missing fries which I clearly askedfor. The Best Chicken Salad Sandwich ???? in a very long time. With this heat I wanted something light to eat. I got more than I... bargain for. The photos below will show how much diced chicken I was given. ???????? I personally would have liked a littlemore cranberries, grapes and celery and walnuts. That's just me. The meal was delicious ????. I tried a Mango Lemonade ???? thatwas totally refreshing and of course my curly fries were good. Came here at 8 pm on 3/10 and the store was completely dark and doors locked. I waited in drive thru for 5 mins to realize that... they closed early? No signs or warnings. I understand a lack of employees but just put up a sign or something please. Read more
