The food was good and the dining room was new and clean and fresh looking. They had highchairs which were a tasteful addition.... However, the floor in front of the soda station was so sticky and wet that I became a walking noise machine. I had to go intothe bathroom and wash the bottom of my shoes off! Pulled up a few minutes before 11:00 am they open at 10:00 . Got out went up to the door and it's locked. They have a sign on... the window,Dining Room Now Open. So I get back in My truck and decide to go through the drive through and find out why the doorsare locked. Get to the drive through and the girl says order when your ready. So I ask how come your doors are locked and is thedining room open. She tells me no it's not because she's the only one there. Well I know I seen a help wanted sign,but it wouldbe nice if they would put a sign out to let customers know the dining room is closed temporarily. I can?t give this location anything more than a mere 3 star. I waited in line for 20 minutes with just two people ahead of me!... One was already paying at the time so technically one person. I was so frustrated at their service I considered getting drivingoff to maybe the jack in the box that was across the street. The only reason I did not leave was because I had already placedand order and did not want to leave having made them make my sandwich. Oh, which by the way, was cold!!!! Don't remember ever going to Arby's, but I had to try the Waygu & hamburger burger. They followed my directions, no cheese, no... pickles, extra sauce and extra onions. It had a great fresh taste and was medium as advertised. I would have preferred mediumrare but ok but there was something missing. Customer service was GREAT! And that Peach Lemonade, if I didn't go there to getanything else, it would be that drink!!! YES!!! Lunch for breakfast was great! Read more
Order a wagyu burger with mustard, lettuce, extra onion and extra tomato. This is what I received ????. It went back. (Thought... the burger was flamed grilled, but was told they deep fry this delicate piece of meat. No thanks Arby's) Read more
My family and I just came from the drive-thru the manager told me it will be a couple of minutes I can understand that so we... ordered 2 beef and cheddar meals and 1 kids meal ; got all the way home The fries we waited for look like this cooked in dirtygrease and the manager gave it to me anyway! Was not impressed with the quality of my sandwich. After a long wait I returned to my hotel to eat, only to find that my... sandwich bread was molded. I expect food quality to be important to the employees and that they uphold quality control. At leastI noticed it before eating, but store was closing and I lost money on food I couldn't eat.
