I don't know if it was just this day or if it is a persistent problem but the service was quite slow the day we were there. I... think only 2 people were working and the restaurant was fairly crowded. Our waitress wasn't very friendly but she wasoverworked (and reminded us of it often). I had a burger. We sat in the bar we were not acknowledged for 15 minutes. Once drinks were taken and brought back we were ready to order and... Chester our server left and came back 10 minutes later to take our. Our food was brought out 20 minutes later, and Chester didnot acknowledge my wife and I needed a drink refill. We had waited 20 to 25 minutes finally I went to female bartender to getone. This is the most disgusting service I have received from this Applebee's in Taxes. We had a party of 16 . We were told that they... can not service us because we are too large according to the manager. Very stupid... Place was nice, and we're seated fast. Our server was nice but drinks and food did take a little time to come out, our food was... okay and felt semi cold. First round of drinks were too sweet, so we switched over to beer. Overall good service but it justwasn't it for a Friday night. Read more
Over all the food was good just didn't like the cheese sauce that came with pretzel sticks because it was old. After a few visits this has been the absolute worst service I've had from this place. Extremely Slow. No one has a sense of... urgency at all. The food was under cooked and instead of cooking it to completion, they discarded the whole order and neverinformed me... Throw the whole staff away. O yeah and this water down Mac and cheese needs to be taken off the menu. Read more
Horrible service!! The waitress did absolutely nothing. Bathrooms were gross. Booths were dirty and had dead bugs. The fries... were cold. Wasn?t busy at all but everything was super delayed. Do not recommend this place at all. Read more
Manager at the time had a attitude upon entering and then had multiple complaints on our group before even getting served and... seated. Didn't try to compromise and pretty much doubled down on what what he was complaining about. If you want to bring a biggroup, especially one with special needs, and also spend approx $200 or more total. I would suggest to someplace else. Don'twaste your time here. Read more
