Walked up to the bar on Friday September 30th at 1215pm. The bartender greeted me and offered a menu and I said yes please the... said wait I already know what I want which was a oriental chicken salad. She gave me the dirtiest look ever and said well Iguess someone is ready to order. I got up and walked right out. 2 other customers at the bar seemed to be egging her on. Slow, slow, slow service. Should have turned around at the door. Nobody was there to seat us when we walked in. Stood there for... some time before someone came to seat us. We ordered our food and they brought the kids meal right out. Thought ok that wasfast, then a few minutes later the appetizer arrived, ok this is going good, then ...................... 30 minutes later, stillno food. Waitress was running the bar so she was busy with that. Appetizers gone, kids finished eating and getting restless,finally the food arrives. We were ready to leave by then. Definitely won't be back. It would be different if they were crowdedand busy but they were far from that. Read more
The hostess seated us. Then less than 5 min the waitress comes out and yells why would you seat them at my station! Waited 15... min and no one showed up to the table to greet or even take our drink order. You can clearly here talking and laughing in theback. WE LEFT! The the past few times me and the church group have gone it's always been a long wait but we've always beengreeted and treated very kindly (short staffed and all) we were thanked for our patiences, but this time we got nothing. The guy seated my family and I. But instead of him taking our orders he felt like cleaning menus was more important than hungry... customers. So of course we left the location and ate else we?re. Horrible customer service please don?t go there. Read more
1st: Great place to hang out with friends. Friendly servers 2nd: My 1st review was in 2018 and the 2nd in 2022. I'm going from... 4 stars to 3 stars. The waiter forgot the water, then he forgot to give us straws and I didn't get the side that I wanted on mydish. But when I pointed it out to him he fixed it, so it wasn't a big deal. Food was good but service was horrible 1st waited 10min before we got waited on then when we ordered our food we told the... waitress we wanted the desserts after we finish dinner then when we finished we had to wait another 10min for dessert so I justtold her nevermind and just give me my money back then when she came back I told I don't even want my kids dessert either..shesaid they came with the kids meal which they didn't and I told her that so then she went and fixed that finally she came backwith the receipt fixed gave her my money..And had to wait another 10min for my change.. Now the food is good but the restaurantis to Ghetto.. Don't get me wrong I'm from the hood.but the area it's in I thought it would be better service.. Our server , march, visited us twice throughout our 45 min dine in experience. She was on her phone as I was looking at her... playing on her phone waiting for our drinks to be refilled. When the food came out my classic Alfredo was cold and my buddy'ssteak was over cooked but after hearing the only 2 servers bad mouth one of the only regulars giving this place business, wedecided to just stomach what we had been given. The Bahama mamas were not good we got 4 , w each and the second one that camewas way over done on the alcohol and over powered the flavor. My Alfredo tasted like the broccoli was picked straight from thedirt and boiled and not even cooked it was almost raw. The noodles were undercooked and tough. The chicken even in Alfredo saucewas dry and gritty. My buddy liked his steak but said it was a steak for a kids portion. Overall will not be back here. Not justfor the lack of quality in food but for the being one of 2 patrons here the entire time we were there tells me the service hereis enough to stay away permanently. Good luck Applebee's. Went to Applebee's for dinner with family, friends, associates and a few guests and had a nice time. Mr. Jonathan our waiter is... the reason I gave them five star rating. He was doing a phenomenal job waiting on 8 tables and picking up the slack for othersas well. He did not make excuses for the lack of help from others and did a damn good job of providing quality service. Thisyoung man should have a raise and be a manager. I would not be surprised if he was not cooking the food as well. Read more
