This was my 1st time here & the custard was good, but the service was lacking. The employee who was announcing orders was... whispering orders & no one could hear anything, so a customer was handing out orders. They weren?t very helpful, but that?s theonly bad thing I have to say. Read more
Minus one star because not being able to see the menu from the ordering window is anxiety inducing! Look at the menu before you... pull up! However I did get the turtle and it was very delicious! They mix the ingredients in fresh so the pecans were stillperfectly crunchy and the flavoring was consistent throughout. Read more
The custard here is so yummy, but the staff have no idea how to make a chocolate soda. I understand this is probably a less... popular option as it?s more old fashioned, but it?s on the menu. I?ve tried on two separate occasions to order this here withlittle luck. I ordered an old fashioned chocolate soda tonight and received a milkshake blended with soda water. My first timecoming here I was so excited to see old fashioned sodas on the menu, but I guess maybe people just don?t order them enough forthe staff to know how to make them. Read more

Had a disappointing experience here, which is sad since we pick up at least once a week. The lady taking the order at the walk... up counter was rude, dismissive and when I asked what toppings they offer for the kids she pointed to the board on the otherside and told me ?go look? as she rolled her eyes. So I had to hold up the line to go check. I ordered and was charged $5 for ahalf filled kids cup and two disappointed kids who wanted to know why the lady rolled her eyes at me. This neighborhood deservesbetter service, not eye rolls and half filled kids cups for $5. I?ve come here for 3 years and have never had issues untiltoday. The staff is usually friendly high school kids, but this lady was unpleasant. We?ll take our business elsewhere. Read more
