The wings were okay. Service could've been a little better. I placed an order online and when I arrived 10 minutes after it said... it would be ready, I stood at the counter for an additional 10 minutes while a young lady filled the drink machine; instead ofassisting me. I wasn't acknowledged until the other person at the counter finished taking the order of another customer and shethen assisted me with my meal that was sitting directly behind her. It probably wouldn't have been as bad if I was at leastgreeted and then asked to wait a bit. But the customer service level is definitely lacking and made me not want to return. Read more
5 stars for always having fresh wings, the Koolaid filled, napkins and sauces on deck, and great displays of desserts and great... customer service. Minus 2 stars though because the wings are always always always fried to hard. You have to eat the wings fast.If you wait too long they become chicken jerky. Read more
If I could give this place a negative star I would. If you have any health issues I suggest you stay far away from this... establishment..the amount of salt they put in the food is much it can take you to the ER right away. I got the fried catfish,buffalo wings and turkey burger. Everything I bought had enough salt to feed the whole of Texas. Black people do better!! Nevergoing there again Read more
Overall service was good. The timing on the order wasn't too long, adequate timing. Their Kool-Aid is truly one of a kind,... delicious and not too sweet but just accurate. Wings are reasonable size, and have a well cooked taste. Giving 4/5 because thewings could've been more wet????. Read more
Great food everything fresh! And great customer service. Updated the grilled chicken was not fresh and they could add a little... bit more seasoning. But everything was so good wings was awesome and a good size cool aid was very good and sweet. Read more
Will never eat here again, a hour before closing they serve anything! Made it home to find the Food was disgusting, old, dried... out and the manager did not care to do anything about it. I called right before closing and the one black guy told me to justcome in tomorrow & he would replace the order.
