THIS STORE ISNT OPEN AFTER MIDNIGHT IT CLOSES AT 12 AM THEY NEED TO UPDATE THERE APP...
My professional opinion is Piss poor service and clensiness is a -10 the manager/owner is very very rude unprofessional and... thinks his name is 7-11.. I will NEVER shop there and have reccomend to others to never shop there this place is filthy andhomeless have infected the store they are camping on front door. Go see for yourself. Clerk at register was impatient and rude. Not helpful at all. This is to reply to the owner. It should not surprise you that the... staff is getting poor marks. As I was trying to figure out how to send this reply, I read a few comments by other customers whoseemed to have same experience To begin here I'm not pleased to be reminded of that employee. I'm growing angry just thinkingbout it. I was checking out and noticed the price for my drink was 50¢ higher than sign on fountain machine. When I mentionedthis to him he grew impatient and was clearly angry. I'm not going to put down verbatim what happened. You don't seem to likeothers giving an honest reply. I'm in this store often. The store is horrible!! The staff and the cleanliness is appalling. A line of customers and myself were standing waiting for a... staff member for about 15-20 minutes before anyone even looked our way or paid us any attention. I seriously dread coming hereand so should anyone else. Read more
I frequent this store. The staff is very kind and helpful. I just saw a review stating that it was scary at night. In my... experience tbis is not true; though there are some that are afraid of their own shadow. I went to this store this morning, but cigarettes, the cashier would not let me hold them to read about them it was a new kind... of Marlboro menthol slate on them, she pups t let go of them, she made me look athem while she held them in her hand neverletting go. I also went to the bathroom and it was sooooo discustingly nasty and filthy. I have pics to show how it was when Iwent in and made a U-turn right back out. If the bathroom is this nasty why do they have food? I give them a star because I haveto put one for my review, I give them no stars. They need to clean and disinfect the store. Read more
7-11 stores are not the same the product is the same but the people are not. This is another example of a convenience store in... parts of Dallas that are seemingly in bad neighborhoods in dangerous but in reality they're safe at home people that enjoy this community. Don't be turned off by the trash you see I don't like it. It is not a true reflection of who these people are in thiscommunity. Read more
