This is a to be continued review . We ordered 2 club subs and didn?t change anything to the order options outside of it not... being toasted . They arrived with our pizza and soda but they looked nothing like the picture when you order . I quicklyreviewed my order to make sure I didn?t mess up and it was fine . I called back told them hey what?s with the no lettuce andtomato I?ve just got bread meat and cheese and one sandy didn?t even have mayo on it . They sent over 2 more properly made andthose were good . Probably just a mistake . So that?s why I give it 3 for today .. the redo was better . We?ll see how it isnext time we order from here . My friends and I order frequently and service isn't just slipping, it's sliding. Tonight's order had my 4 extra ranch left off,... I called immediately and was informed that the best that could be done was to receive it next time. I asked for the owner's nameand was denied. Shoddy way to reward repeat customers..... Read more
I love love love Papa's Pizza!!!! If you are craving pizza this place is a must. It is quite close to the taste you would expect... from NY pizza and being raised in NY I know amazing pizza!!! I was in Dallas about a month ago house hunting and dropped in this little pizza place while waiting to meeting my real estate... agent and ordered a deep dish lunch special, TERRIFIC pizza. The only bad thing about this place is that I found a house inStanley so now I'll have to drive to Dallas for pizza!!! Unless they deliver to Stanley, that would be awesome. Literally argued with the ?OWNER? for over 30 minutes! Very upsetting to have been a loyal customer to a restaurant that lacks... customer service and appreciation. I ordered 3 pizzas, a salad and cinnamon sticks. However, my order was missing a pizza andall I asked was to be given the pizza. Instead of him apologizing and fixing the problem, he decides he wants to argue and say?he doesn?t care?. What kind of ?OWNER? talks that way? He has a nasty, unprofessional Attitude! First time getting pizza from here, so didn't know what to expect. I am not a big pizza eater, but I am now a fan of Papa's... Pizza to go! Pizza is not salty or greasy like most other places (chains) and the ingredients seemed really fresh! Staff wasfriendly when I picked up my order. I am highly recommending this place!!! Read more
I order a Texas calzone for my husband 3 to 4 times a month for the last 2 times the dough has not been cooked on the inside,... looks like canned biscuits dough when you bite into it. I tried to just let them know it happen with the last 2 orders so theywere aware and all I got is well we cooked them all the same soooo .......I can make it well done next time.. all I want wasto let them know it was happening and only solution is to have an over cooked version. Food was awesome. Pizza was perfect and not greesy. Bread sticks were fantastic too. Prices are way better than dominoes or... pizza hut. I will be getting my future pizzas here???? Read more
