Went here for dinner tonight and they completely failed our order. We went inside to order and there was only one person in... front of us and they stood there not being greeted or helped for 5 minutes. So, after waiting we finally got our order anddidn't get our receipt nor our cups for our drinks. After they handed us our order they had to be reminded again that we stilldidn't give us our cups. Then, we watched them make our order and they put tomato on our spicy chicken sandwich when we askedfor no tomato, so when we asked them to fix it they just scrapped everything off of the sandwich and gave it to us 'fixed'. Atthis point we have been here over 15 minutes and got our food and left. As soon as we get home we open up our food to a spicychicken sandwich on a bun with nothing else on it, because I guess no tomatoes means scrape off everything and gives us a bunwith chicken. Then we ordered a bacon cheese burger and got mayo and ketchup with a side of soggy bun and cheese burger withwhat you ask? No bacon. So glad we paid money for the slow and lousy service who can't get an order right or even have thedecency to try and fix the mistake they made properly or even give us our receipt. Wendy's you really dropped the ball on yourproduct and your service. Maybe Chick-fil-A can help you guys with some tips on your customer service from now on. Read more

We only eat fast food a couple times a month, and for burgers this Wendy's has been our go-to for years. Not after tonight. We... got 3 meals and the most edible things in the bags were the limp, lukewarm fires. My Dave's was pathetic, tasteless, flat, andmissing cheese. The baconator was gross looking and the same flat mess. Neither measured taller than 1.5" in the foil. The4for4 looked just as bad. I couldn't finish mine, the other two soldiered through on sheer hunger. This place went not justdown hill, but straight off a cliff. Worst Wendy?s ever! This is not the first time we have had problems, but never going back after today. First of all the drive... thru was all of the way around building and not moving at all. I saw on door that the inside was only open for mobile ordering,so I placed a mobile order, paid for it, said ready in 5 minutes. I parked, waited 5 minutes then proceeded inside to pick up.(BTW-cars still haven?t moved in drive thru at this point). I get to door and it?s locked. I attempted to call and of course noanswer. Went back to door and a gentlemen that just received his order was walking out with his food. I asked him if door wasVlocked when he went in and he told me that they just locked it while he was in there, per the managers request. When I arrivedat the counter I overheard 2 employees talking, the one asked the other how I got in since he locked door. I spoke up to him andsaid, a customer leaving let me in. They were not very happy about that either. I was told then by other customers waiting fortheir online orders that they had been waiting for 20+ minutes already. I understand that they were busy, but there were atleast 8 people behind counter including manager. I asked for manager, told him this concerned me that they allow someone to payonline then not let them in when they arrive. His response, we don?t have enough help so I locked door. I then asked how uscustomers who already paid online were supposed to get their food if door is locked. His response, they have to wait in drivethru line. Wow, makes 0 sense to me. There?s no way I would sit in that drive thru line that still hasn?t moved but 1 car, Iwould have pulled out and went somewhere else, but Wendy?s already had my $25. The employees that were behind the counterdidn?t look like they had a clue of what they were doing. So the manager prepared our order, apologized for the wait, and weleft. Do not go here Unless you want half your order forgotten at the window. I had to repeat myself no less than 7 times for them to... even remember what I had ordered. Then when I was getting ready to go and they had assured me everything was there I checked andhalf my order was missing. The lobby is not open so my dad has to go stand by the drive threw window to get our order completedbecause the line was so backed up. The lady at the window was nice, but It was obvios she was not very organized. She couldntremember we had passed by even though we had literally just passed only two cars before. She has forgotten to give us ourreceipt, even after asking for it too. Then when we got our order ?fixed? we were still missing a couple things and then wewent back to check again and the things we thought we had gotten right weren?t even what we ordered! This Wendy?s shows that they open at 8 am on Sundays. After waiting at the speaker for several minutes starting at 8:30, I... drove up to the window and there wasn?t one person up front. There was no sign on the window or any indication that theyweren?t open yet. I called the restaurant and someone told me they would be opening at 9 because they were ?running latetoday?. A simple handwritten sign would have been nice. This is just further evidence of the decrease in quality of myexperiences at Wendy?s the last few years. I give up. Read more

The restaurant located off of 61 and 278 in Dallas Georgia across from Kroger is the best Wendy?s in our area. The staff is... always professional. The staff always have a smile and are always ready to serve. I?m not sure who the manager was on duty lastnight which was August 18, 2022, but she is ahhhmazing. I went in about 5 o?clock ish, in the drive-through, and I fell in lovewith her and the staff. They are rock stars! Prime example of what everyone expects from someone who serves our community. Pink chicken and a pink burger. It was a little busy, I?ll give them that. But the middle of the burger was COLD. One more bite... into that chicken and it?s basically raw. Update: I have food poisoning now. Woke up at 4 am and have been puking, among otherthings, for hours. Save yourself the trouble and just don?t even try it. Thanks a lot to the d**ks working there. If I could give this Wendy?s a 0 for a review I would ! My daughter had some type of flea/ fly ???? looking thing in her chicken... nuggets and my son. We had to throw our meals away . So now we?re having to thaw out meat to cook something when our plan was toeat out on a Friday night . Customer service is starting to be very scarce at restaurants now a days it?s getting bad .
