Drive thru service is the worse at this Wendy?s, I waited over twenty minutes for not a person to help take my order or help me... at the cashier window. The employees were standing around playing on their phones. Even had a guy put in the cash register andignore me and walk away. At no point did a person even attempt to take my order. You?re better off going to another Wendy?slocation. Read more

Some issues with the ordering system, but all ended great. Super personal and friendliness. Sincerely apologized for the slight... delay. Very nice chatting and entertaining with the drive thru lady while we waited, made everything seem to go faster. Read more

There are a lot of things I could say about each one of my visits. I swore I wouldn?t go back every time, but the experience... from my last visit cuts the cake. All of the other reviews are true! The morning/afternoon shift is fine, I guess, except forthis past visit I had. I placed a mobile order on the app at 2:10pm on a Saturday afternoon, arrived to the store, & it wasrandomly closed. Tried to call and contact Wendy?s customer support at 2:15pm and oddly enough they were closed too! Filed a?claim? because they had already taken my $44 & I never head back from anyone! $44 down the drain! I understand, but not fully,closing at 10pm (which also has happened twice to me at this location) when you?re supposed to close at 11pm due to short staffor something like that, but 2:00 in the afternoon?! It?s ridiculous! Their employees are terrible and rude as well! Highermanagement needs to pay this store a visit before their current employees run it into the ground! Read more

I always come to this Wendy's. Food is fresh but on Sunday when I picked up my food it wasn't fresh. I called and went back the... next day. Seana was very cooperative and remade my food fresh. Ordered online and select make my food now. Evidently this location thinks that?s the same thing as getting in a line with 10... cars in it and telling them you are here in drive through. Called and they couldn?t understand why I was irritated. Prettyincompetent and lazy staff. Turn off mobile ordering if you are understaffed or just to lazy to open the doors. They closed one hour early. I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes to place my order. At 8:02pm I pulled up to the... window and attempted to order. I was rudely told they were closed. If the restaurant is going to close an hour early they needto update their hours on Google. They also need to send an employee outside to tell all the people waiting in line that theywill not make it in time. Or they could put cones out to block the drive through. I will not be shopping here anymore. Read more

?Fast food? shouldn?t mean waiting 20 minutes in a drive through after being told we can give you a spicy chicken now or you can... wait 5 minutes for the classic chicken (I ordered a classic but told the girl at the window I would take the spicy because shegave the impression that it would be ready) during this 20 minutes I received a brown tinged sprite (dumped out at home becauseI wasn?t going to give my kids something discolored) and I watched the workers touch all over the food!!! I asked the worker ifit was custom to touch peoples food without gloves and he goes yeah our policy is after every 10 bags we have to wash our hands.I don?t even want to imagine what all gets touched in between those TEN bags. Keep in mine I never witnessed an employee washhands the entire time I was there and I had a clear view of the sink. Once home I realized the chicken I ended up waiting 20minutes for was rock hard so clearly they didn?t make it fresh. Needless to say only visit this location if you want your foodtouched and if you have all day to waste or enjoy throwing money in the trash because you can?t eat what was purchased. Read more

Haven?t been to this Wendy?s in ages. It was good. Far better than McDonald?s that is very close in proximity. Got the Biggie... Bag for $5 for my wife and I to share. We call this our On the Cheap Date. We?re not allowed to spend for more $5. They evenremember onions on the side. I?m really glad to see the refill machine. I do hate going to the counter and asking for them! Onlymishap, and it was my fault was that I didn?t use my newly downloaded Wendy?s app. I?m not used to having it yet. I have to calltomorrow to see if they have a heart, and add today?s purchase. Another customer in store told me that they won?t. Hoping theymake this 1x exception. Read more
