Ordered a blackbean Supreme fresco so it would be vegan. It came with meat. I went back and told them and they didn't seem in... the slightest sorry. They then made me another one but the second one then came with cheese on it. Didn't try for 3rd time luckyand got a refund. Read more

My entire order was incorrect. The employees refused to fix my order all because I wouldn?t go back around the drive thru. The... assistant manager started yelling back and threatened to call her boyfriend so they could beat up me and my boyfriend. All ofthis just because we asked them to fix our order. That was handed to someone else to begin with so already had to be remade asis and was STILL wrong. I will NEVER return to this Taco Bell. Several months ago had a terrible experience few times (orders messed up, waiting at the counter for drinks while my food is... getting cold and they check out new customers at drive through while I'm being ignored) and didn't feel like coming back butthen i was hoping maybe it changed... Nope. First they app doesn't work, asking me to update my password by sending me emailwhich i never get - won't let me order without it. Second i go on their site only to put a big order in and then read "checkoutunavailable" wow great since i was getting online deals, so i go inside to this location and mention nothing working online,emotionless employee didn't care at all, just asking me what I want. I get that it's not their fault what's not working onlinebut it's still taco bell, at least say sorry for inconvenience or at best (as better locations do) offer online price in thestore. So I'm ordering now $8 combos for 4 people instead $5 online. No one cares mind you. On top of that they mix up items (ASUSUALLY) and our orders do not match up. The manager must clearly not care. Worst Taco Bell ever! Never again will I pick up a to-go order here as a Door Dash driver. They don?t care about any kind of... delivery order that?s placed. Will not start ?working? on the order until the driver arrives. (This is after I waited over 30minutes in the drive-tru line because they wouldn?t let anyone inside) Then, they make me pull up and wait another 15 minutesfor them to make the order. We?re all working together here people! How about opening the inside up for pick-up orders only! Iknow half of the cars in this drive-tru line are delivery people!
