Most of my Popeyes experiences have been long wait times and hit-n-miss on the food freshness. But this location has far... exceeded my low expectations (so far). Yes I have 5 different Google accounts and I?m going to post a review from each for this store. I?ve been going weekly since... they opened and it?s been great. Some of you customers below did not get your butt whooped when you were children and it shows.Take it easy on customer service and retail employees. This is fast food. Not a fancy steakhouse. It?s really shameful that the community has responded so terribly to this location. I?ve not had a bad experience yet. Folks,... this is fast food ran by high school students. Lighten up. While the food was what you would expect from a Popeyes the service was rather slow. Orders were not taken very quickly and we... were not given the correct order. This issue was not resolved effectively and we had to request for it to be fixed multipletimes before it was done. They were not very friendly about the issue and seemed to take offense to my request for it to befixed. I hope they can resolve these issues as they become more established. I would like to add that we were extremely politeabout they issue simply saying ?oh I don?t think this is our order? (as we received a chicken and shrimp when we ordered achicken tender combo). All the food was good but the Cajun rice was not filled to the top and it tasted like salt only. It was so salty I couldn?t eat... it. May need to check to make sure no one is adding salt because it was unbearable. Read more
We visited for the first time since they opened last week. I was uncomfortable ordering because there were no prices on the... menu. The lady said they are working on it, but that's ridiculous. How do you open a business without displaying your prices?The receipt came back as I feared, extremely over priced. I split a combo meal with my two children (we each got one pc ofchicken) and l still payed 20 bucks. They also did not have fries or mac n cheese. This was probably the worst first impressionof a restaurant I've ever experienced. I feel like other businesses would go above and beyond on their first weeks of opening toestablish a happy, loyal customer base in their community. Y'all dropped the ball. Fresh, fast service, but was just served the saddest, least crispy "classic chicken sandwich" Ive ever had. I'm a huge fan of... their classic sandwiches, and was super disappointed with a breading even less crispy than Chick-Fil-A on a tiny patty. Read more
