If I could give zero stars I would, spent 58$ on food on Uber eats I got a pasta carbonara, shrimp pasta, breadsticks, and a... ceaser salad. No joke I receive 7-12 noodles with a spoon full of sauce on it ice cold from probably 2-3 days ago. Nobreadsticks, some chili cheese fries cold and stale, and a bowl of lettuce with no sauce. They honestly have the BEST flavored tea! We ordered the mango tea which had fresh fruit, absolutely Amazing.
This is a fake "extension" of Ruby Tuesday's for UberEats/DoorDash ect. You'll be paying high end prices for Ruby Tuesday grade... food. Ordered 2 pastas and paid $30+, only to get refunded through UberEats because it was all still partially frozen.Equivalent to microwaving a tv dinner. Read more
I bought two orders of lasagna and two salads first off no meat in the lasagna and the salads one had only lettuce in it and the... other had everything. The food was good. We order through DoorDash and it came still hot
So disappointed with this place. First, I ordered through Grubhub at 8PM. The driver arrived 15 minutes after I placed the... order. After an hour I contacted the driver and asked what the hold up was. The driver said Pasta Americana told him there wasno order on file and he had to have Grubhub resend the order. He then waited an additional 30 minutes before heading out. Heinformed me he had to drop off another order but the store assured him my order would be ready shortly. 45 minutes later myorder was canceled. He had arrived back and rhey told him there was no orders for me and they where now closed. Never orderinganything from here again if this is "Customer Service ". Ordered from door dash, thought the pictures looked good but I get the food and it looks nothing like the photo not only that it... also tastes pretty gross half cold half warm seems microwaved. There's nothing special about Pasta Americana, other than the fact that it doesn't exist. It's a ghost kitchen that operates... from Ruby Tuesday, and if I recall correctly, everything on the Pasta Americana menu is also on the Ruby Tuesday menu.
