The staff was amazing. They got everything right even with all the changes I kept doing. My one problem was with Kimberley... (Kim). She is a manager there. Just to clarify this is not my first time hearing from Kim. We pulled up the window and heard herscreaming at staff the entire time we waited for our change and food. She was cussing and blatantly belittling the otheremployees. I asked one of the other workers if she was always like this. Many said they wanted to quit just because of the wayKim treats them. I am never one to want someone fired. I just think she needs to learn basic manners on the way she should treatsomeone. Read more

The drive thru is horrible. Every single time I use it, I get skipped over. This last time I just drove up to the payment... window & ordered there. The two lane system sucks so bad at this location. They'll skip over the outside lane almost everytime I'm there. If you get skipped? Pull up to the window, tell them that you were skipped however many times & order there. Other than that, the usual McDonalds fast food is received. Read more

2 different visits we were served raw egg. I complained and told them I?d try them one more time. I went back the following week... (a full 7 days after they called me back which was a week after my initial complaint, so plenty of time for them to calibratethe cooking surfaces and retrain if needed) and was again served raw eggs! I called and complained again but told them not tobother to give us a credit because I wouldn?t be back and they didn?t even call me back to apologize or anything. Still terrible, even Under New Management this location is still the worst McDonald's in the 10 mile radius of this area. The... staff consistently makes errors left and right and don't ever order something via drive-thru because they will screw it up youwill either have to wait to get it corrected or come inside and get it corrected or worse drive back and get it corrected. Halfa dozen employees working no but no one on the register and all of the automated registers are closed so what's the point ofordering on one of these screens if none of them are going to be open they should just close this location. I really hate giving bad reviews and it's been over 5 years since I've been to a McDonald's. I have to disclose that I'm really... not a fan of this franchise either. But as biased as I may be, I don't base my reviews on that. Also, I was traveling with agroup that included kids from 2 thru 10 years old and well we all know the marketing dollars spent by this company definitelywork for them. The first word spoken when asked where to go eat was "McD's!" Anyways, I don't know if this is a localmanagement issue, but the place needs a serious cleaning. Dirty tables everywhere. We had to clean our own tables in the kidsarea, as an employee (we can only guess was on break) in the same area just watching us. Also, two of the women in our groupwent to the bathroom and commented that there was no paper and everything was a mess and nothing clean or anything available toclean themselves and they saw an employee leave as they walked in. Drive thru was busy but the inside had only a few otherpeople besides us. They didn't look under staffed, just a lack of caring. I do hear complaints often of this current work ethicand it's a shame. But I travel quite a bit and it's not everywhere. If these billionaires wish to keep and grow their empires,they sure do have a major battle on their hands. But hey, you get what you reap. It's a shame, this is a nice part of Georgiaand I expected more here. Read more

Always gets our order wrong but friendly staff. We have been to this location 3 times in 6 years. It never fails to get the... wrong order. Also, they never have enough staff on Friday or Saturday night (especially when HS Football game season). Wevowed that we would never go back. I?d rather drive a few miles out of the way to avoid eating here. Read more

Usually have a great experience but today was awful. No Offense to the lady collected my money. But the pick up the young lady... was new. She was very nice. I asked for hot fries because they had looked beaten up. So she told me to pull up to the rail. Idid. I waited 10 minutes or maybe longer. I kept seeing cars roll up to the window and leave. My thought was, what's going onwith my fries. So I got out and went in. I was like hello what's going on with my fries. Everyone looked a little lost and theyoung said I told you someone was at the rail. Then the manager came over and said omg I'm so so sorry. We were having troublewith our fryers... Weird but ok... So she gave me my fries and said I feel like screaming. I was like don't scream, but thankyou for my hot fries. Read more

Unfortunately curbside means order on app and come inside. It took almost ten minutes to get someone to speak with me. As always... their ice cream was not working. I ordered Big Macs with extra Mac sauce. As you can see from the photo that there isn't extrasauce, but most importantly look at the size of the patty. That's Happy Meal meat. Read more
