I place an online order, they couldn't complete the order when I got to the restaurant, their customer service can't find me... after taking my money, The restaurant won't answer the phone. Doesn't even leave an option to leave a message. Just says nobodyis available to answer the phone and goodbye. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. This location used to be busy when itfirst opened and no surprise that they have been no lines the last few times I have been there. Wouldn't be surprised to seethem close the doors soon the way they're going. Save your money and go somewhere else. Read more
There was a loud woman in the back and she made the other employees feel like they didn?t know what they were doing, front line,... she was friendly and trying to help us! She didn?t know there wasn?t any steaks. We ordered steak gravy biscuits. She startedyelling that they didn?t have any and it was gonna be 11 mins. It was less that 5 mins and our food. She kept screaming (she isin the back, we are in lobby) that lobby was closing at 1, at this time it?s 1135a. Made for a miserable time eating! I wanted to try Martin's as I've heard the food was pretty good! Just so happened the day I decided to try Martin's the drive... thru line was pretty long so I parked my car and went inside! When I walked in there was no acknowledgement, no one behind thecounters said anything. After 15 minutes of waiting on line we ( people waiting to place order) were told that they'll be withus shortly! While waiting on line I was watching the movement of the workers and saw this one girl without gloves handling thehashbrowns with her bare hands and adding to the hot grease, she then wiped her sweaty forehead and walked over to the counterto bag someone's order, and still NO GLOVES....OMGGGG how nasty is that!!!! With my mouth wide-open I shook my head and wonderedwhat else is being handled without gloves, sooooo I politely walked out, No thank you Martin's! Good luck folks!!!!! Read more

Rude manager (seemed to be the boss?no one corrected her)! Had to take care of serving all drive thru traffic before even taking... orders from three people standing in line! But if the drive thru never stops then people in line are never served right? Twotimes this has happened at this location (with same rude manager)! She said you?ll get served faster if you drive thru! What ifwe?re tired of drive thru and just want to sit down and eat? It doesn?t happen at the Dallas Hwy Martins or Powder SpringsMartins and it won?t happen again at this Dallas Acworth Martins because two of us won?t be back!!! Read more
Paid for a sausage plate which comes with eggs and sausage and came with NO eggs and eggs and cheese and it came with NO... cheese. The lady came out of the kitchen, with gloves, first thing that she said it was " I knew your order would come outwrong because the guy up front repeated your order twice" what that is supposed to mean? Same lady who claimed to work in thekitchen touched my food and said but I have gloves! How many things did she touch between her kitchen and coming outside in theparking lot, because I didn't want to hold the line just for cheese and eggs. Very disappointed to start a Sunday morning likethis. This is the quintessential biscuit at a restaurant. The chicken is cooked perfectly. The gravy is creamy and seasoned. The... sausage is tasty. All the staff are SO friendly for a place that is stupid busy. My son says it is the fastest drive through hehas ever experienced. A true discerning critic at 11. Amazing. Read more
