Literally this is the most ghetto and run down Krystals I have ever been to. Employees are Literally screaming so loud I can... hear everything about their baby Daddys and how they ain't S#it. We used to like coming here but no more. We ordered food a few days ago and it was not good. First of all they changed the... chick's and made the meat part bigger and went way up on the price. We ordered the chick's and some other food and went home toeat. The chick's were mostly breading and very dry. My daughter shared one with her sister to see what she thought and shethought the same thing. I ordered 2 Chilli cheese pups which were not in the bag and the bacon wasn't on the 2 bacon cheeseKrystals. I had 4 regular Krystals which tasted good. We drove back to Krystal and talked to the guy at the window they returnedmy money on the 4 chick's over $17 and made the chili cheese pups. I let them slide on the bacon. We left and went home. Laterafter we ate me and my youngest daughter got sick. My other daughter didn't get sick because I got her a burrito from LACocina. Would not be surprised if it was food poisoning. The little snippy ternager decided to yell at my husband at the speaker, when he said he was ready she immediately popped off... with an attitude and yelled "i said order when youre ready" Good thing he was in the driver seat because this little girl neededan attitude adjustment. She was talking trash about the elderly man behind me because he couldn't hear her and making fun ofhim. Yelling swear words while the windows open, just all around unprofessional. If you hate your job so much, find another one.Don't make it the customers problem and before anyone comes for me, I worked fast food for about 8 years and never once treateda customer the way this little teen did. The only saving grace at this location is the sweet older woman who took over thewindow. I think she could see my facial expression from where she was standing. I had to keep my mouth shut the entire time wesat there before I said some rude ish back. Lastly. Food was trash. Old, cold and crusty. All I wanted were some tots and aslushy and got hit with "it's broken. Try again." Ugh. Close this place down and put a Starbucks or chikfila. I'm sick of therude people in this whole merchants area. I'm giving them 1 start just to leave this comment because they definitely don't deserve to be on the scoreboard. First off, the... drive thru took 42 minutes for me to get to the window. I stayed in line because I would like to think there's a hard-workingcrew that may just be short handed. Nope. I get to the window, the girl said nothing to me, she just took my card. No apologyfor the wait or anything. There's several workers in there just lingering, not doing anything. She finally comes back to thewindow and says, we don't have enough to make your order sooooo........ I said just give me a refund. The manager comes up thereto do the return, she's talking on her phone and says nothing to me. After she did the return, gave me my card back and says,it's returned but it might take a few days and shut the window. By far the worse customer service ive ever experienced. Was trying to find food when done working. This Krystal is the only fast food I could find open. Was in an oversized vehicle.... Employee, nice young man, brought my food out pronto. Very grateful. I was starving. Read more
