Went to store on Merchants Dr, Dallas, Ga. Went specifically for a Chocolate Shake and a Whopper Jr. Used the drive through.... Ordered Whopper Jr. and Chocolate Shake. Was told the shake ?machine? ( according to your web site, shake is Hand Spun, WithVelvety vanilla soft serve? not out of a machine like McDonalds). I selected a Coke instead with my Whopper Jr. then had towait several minutes to get my order. Got home, the burger was way over cooked, could only eat maybe half. This is the worst place on the planet. As of today, I have not been able to get a milkshake for more than a month. I have to... depend on Delivery service right now for food and my order is ALWAYS wrong. Even when I?ve gone through the drive through, I?veusually have to make a second trip. They take forever, usually have their pants down below the hip, I question the sanitaryconditions based off how the employee look, I?ve had makeup on my drink cup from putting their hand over the entire lid, andhalf of them have constant attitude. The McDonalds across the street rarely has ice cream unavailable at that is usually closeto close and are way more sanitary and friendly. I?ve never thought Burger King would be worse than McDonald?s. I expect thislocation will close within a few years. The wait in the drive-thur was 40 minutes and only 3 cars were ahead of me. The person taking the order was confused and slow.... They were only accepting exact change or card as payment. The person who took my payment and gave me the order, was verypleasant. The food was good and my order was correct. Read more
If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. THERE WAS A DEAD BUG IN MY FRIES THAT I WAS EATING! As well as the fact that my... fries were cold!!! The girl that was working drive thru had nothing to say other than that if I wanted a refund then I had togive back everything I ordered. The cashier was very helpful and friendly, which is about the only thing I can say about my experience there. When we came in,... there was one person in front of us who got their food in a timely manner. When we ordered, the cashier took off part of myorder and then corrected it. The food took about 10 minutes to prepare and bring up to the counter, which is understandableduring peak hours, but at 7:30pm with no other customers, that seems like a little much. When my whopper was brought out, it waspink in the center and even though I had asked for it without onions, there were still some on there. The fries were lukewarmand soggy, one of the speakers in the ceiling was making a constant popping noise, and to top it all off, the night manager wassitting in the dining area with another employee, eating KFC.
