The place is disgusting. I watched another customer give back a bag of food that wasn't their order, get only part of their... order, AND THEY GAVE THE OTHER FOOD TO SOMEONE ELSE! After someone had already touched it. After all of this, they got MY ORDERWRONG. They accuse customers of lying. They do not follow health code regulations. The people are all rude. Read more
We stopped to get my granddaughter a happy meal and my daughter a meal.They went inside to order cause we've had problems before... getting the orders correct.After waiting 12 to 15mins they got the meals and came outside for us to go home..I dropped them offat home and it wasn't 5mins.untill my daughter called me and said they didn't put her meal in the bag. She called and theyapologize and told her the next time she came in they would give her the meal she ordered. Kind of like a day late and a dollarshor!! I ordered a big Mac pack and I asked for everything to be made fresh as I was willing to wait for it. I also ordered one big Mac... with no pickle, and surprise it had pickle and no big Mac sauce on either burger, they beef patties were cold, the nuggets werehard. The fries tasted like they were just dropped into the fryer to heat them up. The response from the manager was "I droppedthe fries myself" when I asked them for their corporate number neither of the managers claimed they knew it. I am veryunderstanding of food service from working in it for 15 plus years.
