I don't like giving bad reviews, but I just had a horrible experience. I ordered a club sandwich & after a few bites, I thought... it tasted off, so I pulled out a piece of the meat & tasted it by itself, it was rotten tasting. Now I'm worried I'll have foodpoisoning. I usually have a great experience at this location so that?s why I gave 4 stars but today I was disappointed. 2 female workers... I don?t recall ever seeing before took my order. I ordered 2 chicken salad sandwiches, both had wilted lettuce and a thin layerof very little chicken salad on the sandwich . Technically half of my sandwich had chicken. It was a small scoop portion in thecenter of my croissant. Definitely not $8 worth. I will definitely be back because I enjoy their food and the manager and othergentlemen working there are great but maybe some additional training on customer service and serving sizes is needed. Waited for my order I reserved a time slot for and was told I needed to wait in line with the walk-ins. I don't know why I had... an appointment if there wasn't any appointment. Wasted my time and put a damper on the family thanksgiving. I won't be makingthe mistake of entrusting Honey Baked Ham with my food order ever again. Read more

Had an appointment to pickup ham, when I arrived the line to get in was 10 stores long. I called about my appointment time and... they informed me I needed to stand in line that everyone had the exact same appointment time. Bad management for appointments.Ill just go somewhere else from now on. Read more

I reserved a ham 2 weeks in advance for a time slot of 1130am the day before Thanksgiving & they did not honor the time slot.... They had all the reservations wait in a quarter mile line with the walk-ins. What is the sense to offer time slots &reservations if it is not honored? Not very efficient management in this location. My uncle and I came here for lunch. The location is very clean inside and busier for lunch with people getting take out and... eating in! The staff was very pleasant and they prepared our food quickly! I had the Cobb salad, my uncle had the Ham and BeanSoup. He had been here previously, and wanted to have it again since it was very hot on a cold day with lots of their famousham. My salad was packed with flavor, I did not need the dressing! They had a mini-Freestyle coke machine that was filled withall the flavors available on the screen, and clean around the cup filling area. They had lots of other items for sale that wecould take home including hams (of course) but also side dishes, desserts, rolls, and dressings. We had a really good experienceat this small, but busy location, and we will definitely be back again soon. Thank you! Read more
