Food was horrible. It was cold, stale, over cooked and took forever to come out. We were told 20 mins took almost 40 mins. They... forgot part of our order and apparently chicken nachos means 2lbs of straight big a*$ chunks of tomatoes. Won't be eating hereever again, was some $h!t. Horrible service at that too Read more
Don Juan's is a hit or miss. Don't expect to get your food within 30 minutes of ordering- EVER!!! Tonight's service was... absolutely the worst!! We ordered the carne asada, menudo, 2 tacos and a side of rice and beans and 3 drinks. The drink coolerwas bare so it was slim picking on the drinks. 45 minutes after we ordered- food came. Carne Asada- was a thin piece of steak-maybe 2ozs if that!!!! Rice was crunchy and undercooked Beans were cold- not heated at all Still waiting on the tortillas... Itold the cashier about the beans and rice and he heated the beans but said that was the only rice they had and I could have thator he could return my money... I told him to return the money; HE NEVER DID!! Tortillas came 5 minutes after food and they wereraw still ???? They were returned to cashier then the cook came out with a nasty look on her face to bring us 1 thing oftortillas- which we ordered 2!!! WE SPENT $56.... WE DIDNT ASK FOR ANYTHING FOR FREE... IF THE COOKS DONT KNOW HOW TO COOK THENWHY DO THEY WORK THERE?? I DONT THINK WE WILL GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE, ITS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR ALMOST A YEAR. ITS SAD BECAUSETHE FOOD USED TO BE AMAZING.... And always be prepared there's atleast 2 drunk guys at the tables being loud and obnoxious,playing their phones full blast on some random social media site videos or talking on their phone like they're at home. Absolutely delicious food! I ordered the Sopes with chorizo, plus refried beans. The sopes were perfectly cooked, and the beans... were the appearance and texture of chocolate. The beans were the best I have had anywhere. I was served 13 minutes afterordering and the server was extremely helpful. Warm atmosphere. Love this place. Read more
Good counter service, ordered takeout. I ordered three tacos, one chicken and two carnitas. Both meat choices were tough and... dry. The packing included onion, radish, cilantro, lemon, and some small sauce cups. Nothing special. Read more

Very delicious food, the carne asada w home made tortilla chips was amazing, the enchiladas are on the spicy side. Food can take... longer to be ready during peak times as they get lots of orders for tacos over the phone. Read more
