If I could give no stars I would, the manager at this establishment (the black one) was very rude and irate. She was ignoring... customers and talking loudly and on her phone in front of other customers and employees. She was preparing food items withouthygienic gloves. I tried to get food here last night and I arrived before closing time. However they locked the door around 9:45. 9:50 Which is... when I arrived. I don?t care why these two young ladies want to leave so early but if the website and your door say you close at10 then the door should be unlocked every minute before 10. Unprofessional. Read more
I have gone to this Subway several times over the years a lot of times we're going in only at 6:30 or 7 p.m. and they are always... out of soup meatballs roast beef certain meats or breads the newest thing is every time we go in we have actually been gettingwhat we've been asking for except for toppings every time we've asked for oregano pepper or Parmesan cheese they are always outthe last three times we have been in there we have asked for a roast beef sandwich they say they are already out now as ofMonday they tell me they will no longer carry roast beef a menu item that is on subway how is this possible and they said theywill no longer use oregano or pepper what kind of sandwiches can you make you have it on the menu but you will not sell it theysaid it was a store owners decision this is not a Subway this is a hole in the wall where they are selling subs that they wantto make not what the customers want and if you look on the previous reviews there are several other people complaining there'sno roast beef I think they have lost my business just because you're 5 minutes away does not mean I will continue going there Ican drive to another Subway it's 15 minutes away and get what we want Read more

As far as subways goes these one is as mediocre as it gets. Small, with not a lot of seating. The staff is always very friendly... and make sure my sub is right every time. Chips and drinks are always fully stocked. And those cookies are always fresh andsoft. Overall I would say this is an okay subway. If your not in a rush I would say take the extra time and go down the the oneoff of Hoadly next to Harris Teeter. Read more
Worst subway experience iv ever had! I asked if I could split a footlong in half if the sandwiches were the same price and the... lady said that was no problem. When it came time to pay, the server Taylor said because i had a coupon it made the price changeand could not redeem my coupon for that sub. I had another sub that she toasted without asking for cheese and then instead ofremaking the sub she just put cheese on and re-toasted the sandwich.. couldn't even eat the sandwich because it was so burnt!Never had this problem here before just seems as if the new staff isn't trained properly Read more
Not crowded before 1100 a.m. Staff very helpful and makes great suggestions upon asking.
