I've been all over the country and it can be hit or miss with Subway. This location I've patronised fives times and it's always... been positive. The room is right, the staff and the food are right and all while a steady stream of customers are hitting. Super nice staff. Food tasted fresh. They even pretended to laugh at my corny jokes.
They got any kind of sandwich you want. The people that work there were nicer than the people that work there the last time.... It's hit or miss. Sometimes they're nice and sometimes they don't say a word to you. Usually we just get our sandwiches and go.Sometimes they get upset because I want my spinach on the bottom. They look at me like...that's not the way we do it. Or I willhave to say it once or twice more to get them to understand. They do it for me but they don't seem to be too happy about it. Iknow that they're always hiring. This could be the reason. Even though you're short staff...I feel like you can still be politeto your customers. I'm one that likes over friendly Associates. Normally in the past I've had great experiences here. However the last visit was anything but great. To start with the... appearance of the restaurant was terrible. I ordered my sandwich and the bread was hard and stale. They were out of all thecheeses except pepper jack. They were also out of several other products including ham. Walked in, placed my order, was told they didnt have any(meatballs). So... I said I didnt want anything. Cancelled my order and... was leaving when young employee rudely say" Well God." like hed went way out of his way, when he only put on his rubber gloves. Read more
Very nice ladies that work here. The parking lot is always full mostly big trucks form lunch. The didn't have a sign up stating... where curbside pick up was so I just parked in front of the main door. Very quickly on mobile app orders as well Read more
