Came for dinner on a Monday night around 730 and was able to sit right down. Had the corn nuggets and they were nothing to write... home about, but not bad either. Tried all sorts of burger and sandwich and side combinations. Sandwiches: Ruben - awesome,Pimento Cheese Bacon Burger - awesome, Barbecue Bacon Crispy Chicken - very good, Hangover Cure Crispy Chicken - bland. Sides:Cajun tots - good, Cajun fries - bland, baked potato - large and great, veggies - bland. The service was amazing, the food cameout fast and it was piping hot; definitely freshly made. This is a wonderful place to grab a bite to eat in the Blue Creek area. They seated us fast. The food we ordered came out fast... and tasted great! We've eaten here several times and we will be back again. Read more
They brought our dogs 2 bowls of water. That was so very thoughtful. I love dog friendly restaurants. The hamburger steak was... very traditional tasting, and savory. The homemade beans were also traditional,with onion, and ground beef. Super satisfying!!Very clean, fun environment. If we're ever back that way, well stop in for more of the same. Read more
Fantastic menu. I've had practically every burger and appetizer on the menu and am never disappointed. Tried the new pickle... fries, which might even top their famous corn nuggets. The mexicali sauce is top notch! Also, great service and atmosphere. Best restaurant in town. Read more
Read a lot of reviews so we were looking forward to this visit. The drinks were subpar. My wife's glass was 3/4 ice and very... watery. My fish tacos tasted very bland and it was cool. The cheese didn't melt. The flour tacos seemed to have come straightout of the package and the filling was skimpy. My wife ordered the chipotle burger and added raw onions and pickles. The burgerwas missing the raw onions and her pickle covered in lettuce, as though it were plucked off of someone's mistake. Her tator totswere also cool, not warm at all. Overall, very disappointed in this vacation stop. UPDATE! Bad food sick all night. Poor Wife, Ifared little bit better. Very disappointed! Kitchen staff needs to be retrained on food safety! Food was good and our server, Ben, was friendly and helpful with my questions. The pepper jack bites are great. Nachos were good... but do get a bit soggy from the chili. The Hangover chicken sandwich my husband had was really good (he said). Prices were morethan fair. It was a clean place. Read more
Great food in a flash! I had a burger and the wife had some type of turkey sandwich! Awesome food! Service was great and fast!... We also enjoyed some fried pickles as an appetizer! So good!! Read more
Always a great experience. Friendly, good atmosphere, great drinks (would personally recommend the house marg). Food always... comes out hot. Plan on waiting for at least 30 minutes if you're going on the weekend, but awesome outdoor games and seatingareas to use while you're waiting. Would recommend to anyone visiting the lake! Read more
