If I could give zero stars I would. They are unprofessional, disrespectful, half the time get your order wrong, and if your a... delivery driver they say go inside yet have all doors locked. So when you go to drive thru they want to be rude to you and saygo inside even though doors are locked. The black female manager who normally works mornings is so rude to her staff andcustomers. I have zero clue how she even has a job. Probably because people are scared of her. Don't go to this Wendy's! Theyneed to be shut down or get new higher ups there. This is a weekly issue. I got told the wrong price after ordering at the drive thru... the lady rang me up for something with chicken on it. I asked her... to please make sure they don't put chicken on it and take it off because I'm a vegetarian... she assured me they hadn't madethem yet and she'd make sure they didn't touch meat. I got a #4 Honey butter chicken biscuit combo medium with a vanilla ice coffee. The chicken was very dry, hard and tasted burnt.... The potatoes were under cooked. And iced coffee didn't have hardly no vanilla. The lady working the drive thru was very polite.That's the third time I've been there. Every time was disappointed. Most likely won't be back. Read more
Probably the best Wendy's in the Bay area. Super courteous staff and they've never messed up MY order. No complaints from me.... Too many times people blast businesses for the subpar service and fail to make time to recognize the other side of the coin...Kudos to management and the staff here. Read more
I used to dislike this location.. but the past few times I have visited .. the new manager Jasmine has been courteous, friendly... and quite frankly a breath of fresh air.. they seem to be turning over a new leaf. Kudos to you guys . Keep that up Read more
