Dawn is so awesome. With her help, I've been able to eat healthier, lose weight, keep it off & not "feel like I'm dieting"... (because I'm really not, I'm eating healthier!). Because of her guidance & help, when I went on a 9 day cruise, I was able toeat what I wanted and didn't gain weight (I actually lost)! ????
