The absolute worst customer service. Went here this morning for breakfast before church with my parents. After ordering I heard... a elderly gentleman saying he didn?t get his small coffee. A employee relayed this to the manager and she proceeded to yell thathe would have to wait for his F-ing coffee because everyone is ordering it and more is brewing. For the next several minutes ofwaiting for our order she proceeded to tell, cuss, be vulgar, incredibly rude to everyone waiting and throw people food around.She kept yelling about how she?s never doing another morning shift and nothing is ever scheduled right. I understand being underpressure and stress. But take a walk. The amount of rude disrespectful behavior and vulgar language she continuously threwaround, especially coming from a manager was absolutely disgusting. Everyone knows this location is incredibly slow and ordersare typically not correct, but continues to come and support this company. But with employees portraying that kind of disgustingbehavior and speaking to people in that tone and language is a absolutely appalling. Read more
Ordering through the talk box and at the window were both unmanageable. These workers must be deaf. They didn't even include the... sandwich in my meal and made me walk through pouring rain to go and get it, with glares in their eyes. Lived in Dade City for two years. This BK is very convenient but USUALLY gets my order wrong or food isn't fresh. Rarely do I... come here and my order is good. Drive thru AND inside service both slacking on accuracy and quality. Ate inside today to tryit again and literally waited 14min & it wasn't fresh tots were cold. While I was in line waiting for my food two other peoplewalked up to the counter to complain about their order. One from the drive-thru and one from the dining area. They must be out of mayonnaise because they put it all on my burger. It was all over the outside of the buns and the wrapper.... The lettuce, tomatoes and pickles were floating. The bun was so soggy I couldn't eat it. The onion rings were soggy to. Therewas no salvaging that meal! The frozen Coke was good! Read more
