Is it possible to give zero stars for service? We came in and a football game had just begun. We weren't greeted for 10 minutes,... so I stood up looking around. The bartender came by and said someone would be with us shortly. Another 10 minutes passed with mestanding up. A server greeted a table behind us for the first time, who had been seated before we were. We ordered our softdrinks and could have ordered our meals, but the server left the table abruptly. She returned with our drinks a (relatively)short time later, and we placed our order: philly with fries and garden salad with balsamic vinaigrette. All this time we werewondering why all the tables in the bar area were being well tended to and everyone was having a good time except for us and thetable behind us. My philly was ok, a bit unseasoned, and my wife's salad was not good. The lettuce was browning and wilting, notcrisp at all. The server took it back and removed it from our bill. My wife was fed up and wanted to go. Tables in our area wereleft dirty with dishes still on them. A few booths had no table for some reason? All in all, we were there thought the firsthalf of the game, halftime, and about 6 minutes of the second half. Nearly 2 hours! It was nuts. I've never had anything likethis happen at Beef's before! Every year my wife and I show up with a group of 20-30 people to eat, drink and be merry before heading to Scream-a-Geddon. ... Each year the staff works hard and are able to take great care of us. The food is great. The drinks are great. The staff aregreat! Read more
Always consistent. Prices as with everywhere are ridiculous but food was great as always! Friendly n courteous servers. We had... appetizers including boneless Buffalo chicken, onion rings and loaded beef nachos. Perfection! Read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. It was completely empty when we went yesterday for lunch and now I know why. Our server... was sweet and doing her best but it?s hard to overcome the sticky tables, sticky floors, raw salmon, broccoli with black centersdue to being so old. With the condition of the front of the house, it?s scary to think what the kitchen must look like. Iwould caution against a visit here and urge you to choose elsewhere. I ordered a sandwich that has garlic and onion. That is not what they gave me. I asked to have the sandwich I ordered. They sent... someone else out to tell me that the sandwich I have is No Different than the one I wanted. Only the one I wanted had garlic,onions, a different bread, it is a toasted sandwich. My visit on 6/13/22 was perfect. The waitress was kind and friendly. The chef's cooked the food perfectly. It was my first time... having a steak from here. It was cooked to perfection. Other perfectly cooked menu items my family enjoyed were fried pickles,cheese quesadilla, grilled shrimp, broccoli, salad, mashed potatoes , and fish tacos. My family was very satisfied with ourouting. Also enjoyed the game room for the family. Read more
Service was good, but food and drinks left much to be desired. Tortilla chips tasted like old frying oil. I ordered a signature... cocktail from the menu - a dragon berry mojito - and when served, there was no mint (the signature item of a mojito). The serverinquired at the bar and was told they don?t stock mint because it ?goes bad.? There are at least 2 cocktails on the menu thatspecifically state mint as an ingredient. Not sure how you can market something you can?t deliver. We left greatly disappointed. Read more
