We visited at 2 on Saturday (2 people). The staff was friendly and welcoming. Each of us had the luncheon tea (no reservation... needed). The sandwiches were cute and tasty. The cucumber finger sandwiches are always my favorite and this was no exception. They had a curried egg salad sandwich which was different and delicious. My fiancé doesn?t eat egg salad and ate this sandwichand loved it. The scones were warm and delicious and served with Devonshire cream. The tea was served with cream, sugar cubesand honey. Plenty of seating and very lovely decor inside. Made it feel like you were outside in a garden. Loved theexperience. So glad we were able to make it in time. I brought my mother here for her birthday, the food was delicious, the service was personable, and the tea was fantastic. They... give you a variety of small things to try when you get the "afternoon tea" or "high tea".
