Disappointed is an understatement, I ordered 4 Junior Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bags, each one by name, and followed up with... JBC, to be clear, I still got 4 Chicken BLT, waited for the replacements, but then the fries were cold, and of course only theburgers were replaced. I finally get home to enjoy my Pub Burger, just to find out that there's no beer cheese or mustard, itwas extremely dry and there's no way I'm going to ask for another one at this point, I'm over it. Typical of every single fast food drive through on Dacula Road. Four visits to this Wendy's. Three completely wrong orders -... items missing & wrong items. Very slow. On Dacula Road if you can't go inside just keep driving. Wouldn't have gone the fourthtime but someone was begging me for their french toast sticks. That time they got the order right. No other cars ahead or behindme in the drive through. Wait ten minutes for twelve sticks. For the record the sticks themselves are not bad, but the MrsButtersworth syrup they come with has almost no flavor. No butter or maple flavoring at all. Just lightly sweet with a faintcorn taste. Threw it out and used my own - pretty good. Partner with a better syrup provider. Read more
The service is very slow and the workers most of them act like they don't want to be there. Really hope they improve on there... service and sense of urgency. One thing to be busy and working efficiently but it's another thing to be at the drive throughplaying with your co-workers, or on the phone. That's the reason it takes forever to get an order placed. This place is so new and the service is subpar. The wait is long for service and items missing from orders. When went back to... get order corrected, was given cold fries automatically. Had to request a fresh batch. The wait for fries caused cars behind mewere pulling out of the line. From others in the community has said the wait is too long. Read more
I can't recommend this location. Waiting 20-30 minutes for food is one thing but when I find out Wendy's microwaves the potatoes... now instead of boiling them and still managed to overcook them until they were dry and starchy... I can't be bothered to go hereanymore. Read more

This Wendy's is really the worst fast food place in Dacula georgia. There will never be a time that you will go and get your... food under 30 minutes and the order is correct. This will never happen. The line is always backed up while workers are outsidewalking around smoking cigarettes. I can't even believe Wendy's corporate allows this store to be open and the sad part is it'sonly been open maybe 6 months.
