Hamburgers and fries were ok. Service was awful! No one was there and we still had to wait. There were 5 cars behind us also.... Just seems like service and quality at most places has just taken a dive. I won?t go back. Read more

It was about 8p arriving drive through. 815p comes around and the same person is in front of me. I drive around to park. Dining... area is closed . We we're only getting frostys so nothing to make a fuss about. I'm assuming they were very short staffed tohave had this happening. Maybe a more communicable system would work. A few weeks ago my Pops and I dropped in for lunch. We pulled on the door and it was locked. Went back to the truck and... another person went up to the door and it opened.. I can see if it was close to its opening hours but it was after 12p. Ok,maybe they forgot right? So we walk in and and asked were they open -the manager (Hispanic female) says I don?t know whatyou?re talking about?. Ok, we brushed it off and we visited the restaurant again a few days ago. No soap (how are they washingtheir hands) and no sanitizer. I walk out of the restroom and asked the manager which was the same female as before and shesaid sarcastically that she don?t have no soap. I asked how about some sanitizer? She said no. I look going out the side doorin front of the register and there was a sanitizer station hanging as you exit. Companies hire people that are not equipped tobe hospitable or facilitate. I understand times are hard but why would anyone continue to visit your restaurant with rude,unprofessional employees? The place was a mess. Napkins and paper everywhere. Tables were dirty and the station where thestraws and tops to the cups were filthy. Read more

Horrible food, horrible service. Ordered food via drive through, the food was horribly oily and soggy, I drive back around and... politely asked for a replacement. The employees took the food back waited around a few minutes and brought me back the EXACTsame thing. I was so upset I just put it back on the window shelf and drove away then I thought to myself how horrible they getto get away with taking peoples hard earned money in that way. So I parked and went inside and asked for a manager. The manager(the African American guy with dreads on a power trip) is the epitome of bad customer service and should be fired exponentially.This guy refused to let me speak as to why I was upset and was fussing about giving me my money back telling me he would justreplace the food. Had he let me speak he would know I already tried to have them replace the food but instead they tried to playme and give me the same thing back.This guy is the worst type of representative to have at a business. He lacks the ability tocommunicate and effectively help rectify poor service, instead he rather argue with the client and give them a hard time aboutissuing a refund for the absolute most disgusting food prepared. When I told him to keep the money after he walked away andrefused to help me I said I would take it up with corporate, he refused to give me the store number and his name. After I saidno worries I would figure it out he began to try to engage his colleagues to try and justify his actions. He should be ashamedof himself and the Wendys Corporation should be concern that this is the type of person representing their brand and that thisestablishment is putting out such horrible food. I went through the drive, they did not acknowledge I was in line after 3 other vehicles pass through. Then I waited for 30... minutes just to place the order. 3 other car left that were behind me. This was a TERRIBLE experience. Once I reached thedelivery window waited again. The fries were hot when I got home the burger did not look freshly cooked. Read more

I decided to go to Wendy's because I was hungry and it was close to where I work. I keep hoping that the hamburgers will taste... better, but they just don't taste like beef at all. I am happy that I got a frosty card, however, and that will keep me goingback until the end of the year... Read more

I have not had food so bad I came after work around 10:40 pm looking for a quick bite we ordered 3 chicken sandwiches all hard... and the meat smells like how is this edible ???? The fries are beyond salty and they never gave me a receipt. I wouldn?t besurprised if I got food poisoning. You can see the whole bottle of salt they used on these fries. I need a refund or new foodand before someone asks for a receipt maybe leave it in the bag I paid $31 for food you can?t even feed a dog!! This is adisgrace. Read more

For the past year, I have remained quite about the management. All the comments make sense and it?s due to the management. They... currently just changed again and it?s the same. Most of these employees need directions and they let them do whatever. Theydon?t properly staff and treat the employees with such high disrespect. One manager would use profanity and bring her dog intothe store at the end of the night. The current management does not communicate and allow the employees to have free range. Thefood is always subpar. If the lead of the store is not setting expectations, then the end result is the comments you continue toread. I stopped eating here months ago and will continue to share my thoughts about this location. Stay away and go to the onenear the mall. Read more
