Terrible store, decided to wait til I was next in line after 4 people to tell me they are only doing takeout orders only. Dirty... store, zero communication and terrible wait staff. Go to hamilton mill if you don?t want a terrible experience. Wish I got thename to drop them in this section as who to not see as your waitress. The food is good. Standard Waffle House fare. Lately though, the place has become dirtier. Tables are not well cleaned and... patrons have to swipe at flies to prevent them settling on your food. I thought this was a one time thing but 3 times in a rowgets to me. Last time here. One more thing- I know it hard to get great workers consistently, but Wafle House (or any foodestablishment) should discourage sick workers coming to work. In this days of COVID paranoia it is discouraging to see yourwaiter coughing and sneezing every few minutes and still handling food. Read more
How do you ask people to leave for being too loud, on a Tuesday, during the day?? Teenagers having a good time after school,... being good kids and paying customers.... and waffle house employees had the nerve to ask them to leave because it wasn't a placeto congregate. Excuse me??? Waffle House has made BILLIONS off teenagers congregating at their restaurants and it IS or WAS ahang out spot. I can understand if they were loitering but they weren't. They ordered food and were customers. All the kids inDacula come here but I will MAKE sure this little non congregational WF doesn't get anymore of our business and anyone else'seither. I'm sure Tradewinds or Speedy burrito would be more than happy to have more customers. Read more
Service was not good only got to have one glass of tea and had to eat my food fast before it got cold because they keep dining... area so cold that it made it very uncomfortable. I like to enjoy my food hot and not have to eat in artic temperature. By farone of my worst experience with Waffle House and I like Waffle House but not this location. Will never go back to this location. Read more
I come here quite often at different times of the day. Possibly the cleanest and most friendly Waffle House I have been to. But... the evening cook Shelly has an attitude and is a bit rude but other than that I have no complains. The overnight crew of Nina,Loisa, and Tannin are wonderful and always fun to talk to. The morning crew is quite nice as well. The manager Romaine is afunny guy and is always nice to the customers as well as always cooking great food in the mornings. I leave satisfied most ofthe time. Updating my review from 3 years ago, still the best Waffle House with delicious food and great staff! Came here with our toddler... and the sweet chef made her a mini mouse waffle???? they always go above and beyond! Came really early for breakfast. Server and cook were very pleasant and help me right away despite of the clean up of the rush... they had just had. Food was great and place was kept cleaned. Read more
Amazing experience! After an all-nighter and a long drive to a mountain and back this was the only place open for Thanksgiving... and we decided to hop by. All the workers were friendly, sweet, and quick. Food was perfect warm and so delicious! Read more
