I've never had such a horrible experience bowling. The pins continually counted incorrectly, the bumper rails kept staying up... after my kids turn was over, and then the balls got stuck and would not return. We paid for 2 games, only played 14 frames.Management was not helpful at all, acting like it was a huge inconvenience for them to keep having to correct the issues ourlane was having. We finally had enough as the experience was not enjoyable at all with the continued issues. The manager didn'twant to issue a refund at all but after much back and forth, gave us a 25% refund. I will not be returning to this venue. Thismanager should be fired or at the very least retrained on attitude when dealing with customers. We hosted a baby shower here and they worked so hard to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Big shout out to our... event manager, Tecia, for going above and beyond to help us in every way possible. We had so many unexpected changes but theywere so accommodating. The food was also amazing! We were here to celebrate my grandson's birthday. They handled to whole thing from start to finish and we all had a great time... especially the birthday boy!! We chose this place for a very special birthday party. It was so amazing and easy. I just handed them money, brought the cake,... and they did everything else. So. Much. Food. We had a wonderful hostess, CeCe, who took great care of us and provided us witheverything we needed. If you want to host a hands-off birthday party, this is the place. Literally no effort on my part. Theplace was super clean and fully staffed. Lots of room to play and mingle. It was busy, but didn't feel crowded because the spaceis large. This is entertainment for the youth and adults. Lazer tag, bowling, games, snacks, bar, photo booth, snack stand, and menu to... order meals. FOOD WAS GREAT!!! Do not purchase the package if you are interested in collecting points to use in the gift shop.(Package points are not awarded) We were not told this in advance kids very disappointed at the end.
