Management is terrible at this location. They never have enough people and the line is always long. The employees are nice and... always understaffed. I have yet to see the Management. It socks because Sonic use to be a good place to eat. It just looks likea bunch of kids are running this location. I hope they get their act together. Read more
Received spoiled ice cream, When I called back the person I spoke with agreed that the ice cream tasted a little weird coming... from the machine. I was told to come back the next day. I went back with the intent of getting a refund but Was denied a refund.I was offered more ice cream which I refused. Asst. Manager Ash, was not available to assist, she deflected the situation tosomeone else. So this restaurant did not try to appease me as the customer. I was told to contact corporate. this is verydisappointing. I paid for 3 desserts that no one could eat. This shows that Sonic doesn?t care about their customers money orhealth. Read more
Super slow service. I pressed the button and waited for over 25 minutes, with no response. I even press the button on two stalls... next to each other and no response. The same six cars were in drive through the whole entire time not moving. This place hasgone downhill. Will not return. Save yourself the money and go to Dairy Queen! Good food and good service! Slow, bad food, multiple chances given. Avoid, it is not worth the risk nor the money! I'm never going back, and to any... wandering souls: I highly recommend any other spot over this dumpster fire. I've tried this place 8 times minimum in the lastyear because of their excellent cherry limeade, it's the only reason I went back. On at least 3 visits, I was kept waited in mycar excess of 45 minutes for a pick up order done through their sonic mobile app. My food was cold and greasy, and I had to waitan additional 15 minutes to fix missing items on a few visits. These are all orders for 1-2 people only. Minor gripe, but whenI order a larger soda, it feels like they just fill it to the brim with more ice so I get less soda. I'd have awarded two starsif they could at least make a cherry limeade correctly. It's clear nobody cares here. Seriously, they may as well wear litsigns that state they don't give a flop. I wasted about $130 total on this trash last year, please don't make the samemistake! I talked with a manager on two occasions. On one occasion only, a manager apologized but it really felt forced likethey were trying to get me out of there. I don't know if these issues are corporate-wide or limited to this location, but I'mnot going back to any Sonic, period. Read more
Went for a Blast after dinner with my wife, daughter, her husband, and 2 grandkids. We decided to sit outside as it was a... pleasant evening. We pushed the buzzer and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, 20 minutes later they asked uswhat we would like. My wife and I ordered. My daughter then pushed the button. Fifteen minutes later our order arrived, but theystill had not taken my daughter, her husbands, or the 2 grandkids order. I peeked inside to see what was taking so long. Turnsout they had 2 employees working and the manager was sitting outside talking with someone. My daughter and her family finallysaid they had enough and headed to Dairy Queen. My daughter is local to this location and a school teacher at the middle schooljust down the street. Needless to say none of us will be going back. The manager should be terminated for her lack of employeesupport and just sitting outside talking while more people drove up and just left. Read more
Ordered a large onion ring and was given this????? was not at all the regular big crunchy onion rings I was expecting. Different... recipe? Person I believe was manger was nice enough to remake them but they still kind of came out the same way. Read more
If I could give it no stars I would. The ice cream is always watery, the drinks are always super concentrated versus ice to... syrup ratio. I mean come on, and to top it off the workers need more training! They need to shut this place down or get newmanagement to get the place going! Read more
